The consciousness of our soul is also the real programmer of our life, that is, with it we have, before our birth in the body, programmed the main principles of our physical life, the patterns of experiences we intend to experience. This basic program of our soul can't be changed by the wishes of our physical mind or ego. We can only choose the details of his achievement. The consciousness of our soul decides which wills of our mind will be realized and which will not. This regulation is carried out through our higher mind, which has a direct connection with the spirit of our soul, and which has a far broader perspective than the ego, and therefore sees where this fulfillment of the desire would take us. Those desires that are in accordance with the program of experience of our soul, receive money, or resources for achievement, and those which are not in accordance with this program, won't receive anything. Our soul always keeps us away from anything bad as much as it can, but our mind is sometimes stronger.

“I made a list of the qualities I wanted in a partner- integrity, someone I find very attractive, commitment, focus, ambition, kindness. Then I realised they were qualities I wanted to embody more in myself, too. So I meditated on this following doing a Universe List prayer- in which I asked the Universe to ‘reveal these qualities in myself’ and ‘inspire me to more fully embody them’. You are greater than what is going on around you. Your relationship with yourself is your most important relationship. What’s happened happened. It’s in the past and you can’t change it. It sucks, but it’s happened. You can still change what happens in the future. Focus on getting to a place where you feel better. The happier and more joyful you feel, the more positive results you will see.

The response kicks-off in the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for triggering fear. People who suffer from chronic anxiety have a more reactive amygdala, and this leaves them feeling threatened much of the time.

i have been trying to use law of attraction for some time now, specially when it comes to love because there is one specific person that i am in love. but somehow i am doing something wrong because things don’t manifest the way want… i don’t know what i’m doing wrong. i don’t know if it’s my energy that is negative, if it’s me that is not believing enough, if it’s the way i vizualise things… i even made a visualization board, i write and think about the things that i feel grateful for, every night i imagine myself with that person and that person feeling the same way for me as i do for him but it doesn’t seem to be working… this law of attraction process is very hard, how do i know what i’m doing wrong?
Let’s say you want to make an extra $50,000.00, $100,000.00, or even $1 million dollars more. Or let’s say that you want to release the weight that you don’t want on your body. Or let’s say that you want to find a soul mate that you’re not with right now. It’s not enough just to have the idea, desire or the goal. It’s not enough just to write it down. It’s not enough to have a vision board or to talk about it. What you have to understand is you have to get the conscious mind and the subconscious mind to line up in harmony with each other to create synchronicity and you have to impress it over and over again into the emotional subconscious mind so coherence is created between the two part of your brain.
Some people begin to see things happen immediately, while others take a little more time. The key here is patience and persistence. As soon as doubt or fear start to creep back in, return to Step 2 and address it. If you have lost touch with your clear intention, revert to Step 1. If your belief in the Law of Attraction lags, go back to Step 3. If all else fails, repeat Step 4 every day until it becomes a reality!
It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
If you’re practicing these techniques with something simple, it’s time to take action and expect your results. If you’re using the system to find great parking, get in your car and drive to that parking spot with the full intention and expectation of finding it clear for you. Announce it out loud. “That parking spot is clear for me. I am parking in the spot that is open for me.” Again, we are fully aware that this seems really silly, but it’s a critical step.

I was seeing this really great guy for a couple of months. Things were fantastic between us, but he just got out of a 4 year relationship a few months ago and apparently it was a messy end- she basically picked her career over him and moved to a different state. We decided that the best thing to do right now is for us to just be friends because he said that if he is going to be with me he wants to be there 100% and not have her pop up in his mind all the time. I totally understand this, and really did sense it… is it possible that I manifested this? When I first found this out about his ex it was always in the back of my mind… like he’s just not over her. I kept thinking that. Is it possible that I made this happen myself with my negative thoughts about it? And if so, can I use the LOA to turn it around, help him get over her faster and come back to me? Thank you in advance for your help.

Your English could easily pass for an English speaker. I also love writing and started to blog, but realized I didn’t have a theme that would produce thoughts to the world. It’s fine, as being on the computer is already quite time consuming. Or in the lingua of the above topic, I guess it’s not my all consuming wish :) In any case, I felt as you did – that all that attraction stuff does lead to hard work, and even then, no guarantees. I don’t care for any system that has built into it a “failure” clause, because you didn’t do this or that. Being positive, having dreams, working hard,all good stuff, but again, life isn’t ours always to control.


There is a trick to The Law of Attraction and it's not as magical as one might imagine: we attract the things that we focus on. When we focus on not having enough, that thought form supports the "lack of" we routinely experience. We are forever reminded to use affirmations and to keep our thoughts positive, but "feeling sorry for myself" continues to be the mantra of many people. Furthermore, we can be bombarded with repetitive negative phrases in our thinking, such as:
As I’ve mentioned a few times before, I learned some time back that no one was responsible for my happiness but me. When I look at the big scheme of things, I’ve got it great. I may not have much but everything I have I own. I’ve struggled from time to time with money issues too since coming online not sure if I could make my bills but I always did. So I know that it’s not the end of the world if I’m late with a payment, although I rarely am. I’m obsessed with everything being on time. LOL!!!
With total freedom, an individual is left free to focus all of their mental energies on what it is that they truly want from life. They are free from the burdens and stress of bills, debts and back-breaking work. Arguably, the biggest excuse used by large numbers of unsatisfied workers is that they are unable to live out their dreams as a result of a lack of cash flow.
“My friend had found the love of her life not by meeting someone new- but from someone who was already in her life. It reminded me of something I read in a magazine article you’d written- about Cinderella and how that so much of her ‘good’ was already in her life: The pumpkin that became a carriage, the rags that became a ballgown etc.- and that there was no need to ‘go hunting’ for what you want as so much good is here, waiting to be revealed. From observing my friend, it was exactly like that: As she came into her connection, she realised the love of her life was already a good friend in her current experience. She had never seen him in that way before- but in the twinkling of an eye- she saw him in a new, romantic way. And he felt the same. And now they are married and one of the happiest couples I know.
No matter what comes up, don't shut any of it down because it seems silly, irrational or whatever... if it is coming up, it's relevant and a very real feeling and belief that must be addressed. Pay attention to any memories that float in your mind...even if they have nothing to do with romantic relationships, there is a similar thread energetically, and will help you uncover beliefs and feelings that are blocking you.
The law of attraction has worked for me really well in the love area. When I first layed eyes on the girl im with now I wished on a shooting star that we’d fall in love and be together forever. Cheesy, I know. I visulized at night before bed her and I together and happy. And it happened. We found each other at the perfect time. We were both attracting each other. Ive never had such a comfortable and loving relationship before. I intend on marrying her, and spending the rest of my life with her. I believe it will happen. I know it will.
When you feel moved to take action from a place of passion and excitement, not stress, then go ahead and let those actions flow through you. It will seem to be more work to stop yourself — you’ll feel like you’re chickening out and holding back if you stay still. Follow your impulses. But don’t worry about the immediate results of those actions. There may be some twists and turns along the way.
You can’t attract someone who loves you for who you are, if you are not really BEING who you are. Not being yourself because you think there is something wrong with you will also lead you to attracting people who mirror these feelings back to you, which to those unaware of how law of attraction operates, will falsely take these experiences and encounters as ‘proof’ they are right in feeling that way about themselves.
When it comes to what draws people to give this whole law of attraction thing a whirl, I would have to say finding a relationship is right up there near the top, along with getting more of that sweet, sweet cash. And people seem to really struggle in the love department. But manifesting a relationship is not any different than manifesting anything else, in theory.

Imagine that scene where your ideal world and this world overlap – that park for example. Imagine that you’re there, but in the ideal world – you know everything that is in that park, every bench, every path, every tree, but you also know that everything else is just as you want it to be, although you don’t see it. You’re just there, in the park that you know, and the world is a great place. Stay in the park for as long as you need to fully embrace the feeling that the world outside of it is made by your desire.
2) I was told by some people who also follow the LOA methods that manifesting someone specific was not advisable because it was going against the wishes of that said person if that’s not what they wanted anymore. He’s made it very clear that it is not what he wants at all. Am I wrong for wanting the love of my life back and just be given a genuine chance to see if things could work again?
Why dont you create a position or appoint a person to carry out a laboratory investigation and create a strategic plan to improve the operations of the pathology laboratory?BINGO! I was making myself recognized and indispensible…in the event that I wanted to apply for a fulltime position after the internship period. Since then I had to meet with the CEO to share my ideas and results and my strategic plan was well appreciated. I learned a lot from Everton Anderson and use many of the principles even today.
I know this can sound like a tall order. We are so conditioned to basing how we feel on outside events. It is easy to feel good when something happens that gives us a reason to—cultivating warm, fuzzies in the absence (or what we perceive to be the absence) of something to be happy about can take a bit of work. Feeling good even if things happen that you don’t like can take some practice. Living reactively will really put a damper on the attraction process, and it is a habit that needs to be addressed.
Step 1 is important because it prepares your mind and body to receive whatever you’re asking for. Our brains don’t know the difference between reality and imagination. When you engage in full, sensory imagination, your brain fires up your body to move forward. Muscles, blood flow, heart, lungs and every part of your body gear up to take part in whatever you’re imagining.

I loved this little touch of writing ‘Cast member’ instead of cashier- and how funny that the cashier had the same name as me! On my exchange receipt- it had the name of an ex-partner of mine- which is a very unusual name. It was the first time I had thought of him for a long time. The next day, after four years, he contacted me. He was in London and wanted to meet up.”
This fear gets triggered in a variety of ‘romantic’ situations–you may not consciously be aware that it is fear, it may manifest itself in a variety of ways—and people that are good matches for you can’t make their way in.  For example, you may meet some great people who you get along with great, but they just won’t be attracted to you, and it isn’t because there is anything wrong with you. In fact, if you were to ask someone why he wasn’t ‘feeling it’, he probably wouldn’t have a good answer. He wouldn’t’ be able to verbalize it.
I need some advise from you. I would like to say thank you to you. Your article gave me hope. However, here is my story. I am in love with this guy that I know since 2011. We were so close that we were in ‘NO STRING ATTACHED’ kind of relationship and I felt in love with him. Till now I believe he is the one for me but it is really hard because he don’t see me in that way. He cares for me but he always says I will be happier with someone else. You can tell if your affirmation is positive or negative by the way it makes you feel. If it makes you feel great, it is positive. If it makes you feel bad, it is negative. It's that simple. If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, simply turn them around and start focusing on the positive. You will immediately feel better and you will be in alignment with love.

I thought maybe I’d buy a Toyota, since that was what I could afford - or so it seemed. But I had to stop by the Cadillac dealership for some reason that escapes me now. I ran into the Service Manager, who’d become a friend over the years of me bringing my car there for service. He asked where my car was; I told him it’d been totaled. “So, you’re here to buy a new one?” he asked. No, I can’t afford one. “Nonsense! I’ll introduce you to our sales manager, and you’ll drive a Cadillac out of here today!” I laughed, and agreed to meet the sales manager.
But, once you start seeing your external experience is a mirror of what you feel and believe, you will make the amazing realization that changing your internal world will change what you bring into your life. If you don’t believe you have to settle or compromise, you won’t. If you believe you will find the right person, you will. If you know you don’t have to end up alone, you won’t. Sound too simplistic? Is the skeptical part of you being activated and resisting this? Are you thinking of all your experiences that have ‘proved’ your current set of beliefs, beyond a shadow of a doubt, and saying to yourself that I don’t know what the hell I am talking about? But, this is really all there is to it.Life is so much easier than we make it out to be.
I realized that I could choose not to worry about my mounting debt that came from using my credit cards—it certainly wasn’t going to kill me. When I started making money again, I paid it off. I realized I could choose to focus on the fact that my needs were being taken care of—even if not in the most ideal way—and not that I currently had no income.

The results of using the Law of Attraction techniques are only limited by your imagination (and by the laws of physics, you’re not going to manifest bird-like flying anytime soon). There are endless things you can attract in your life. From practical things — like “good parking karma” to always guarantee you a great parking spot, to “calls to adventure” that open you up to random invitations to explore the world — you can use the principles behind the Law of Attraction in any way you please.


Your thoughts have the power to create, so it is possible that you created this situation, but you can also turn it around. Let go of any worries or fears you have in regards to his ex. Be open to being in a relationship with him again and having him there 100%. Focus on being at one with being the relationship. Keep your vibration high by doing things you enjoy. The higher you can keep your vibration, the faster you should see results using the Law of Attraction for love to attract your specific person.
