Researchers at Harvard Medical School have discovered meditation literally alters the structure of the brain, thickening the regions associated with attention and sensory processing. Other research into meditation and biofeedback techniques has demonstrated increases in the subjects’ ability to remain focused on specific tasks, reductions in reaction time, and improvements in psychomotor response.
I have had 4 major and three minor surgery to my lower back,for the past 12 years, in the past 4 years i have had fibromyalgia and have been on all sorts of medication, I still am. I have been going to my local healers in Aberdeen Scotland for the past 2 months, where i have been going through a slow transformation for the better. Then natural hypnosis came along and WOW, I have listened everyday as instructed and i have cut down in my medication, I am starting to feel more alive and i am so relaxed i had forgotten what it felt like.

OMG Elizabeth, you just hit me bang on. I didnt even know i was thinking this negative all over. Thank you so much. But can you please help me with a list of to-do things or steps i must do to change my vibrations and feelings in my situation. As of now, i think of our past days when me and this girl were good friends and we used to laugh, talk, do everything. However, i am not able to “let go” which is vital for the Law of Attraction to work. I have read many articles and books but i am not able to customize it in my situation. Thanks in advance. No, not psychic 🙂 I think a lot of people can relate to this, so you are certainly not alone in that! I think that was a really great decision..focusing on ourselves, recharging and what have you is one of the most effective ways to let love in our lives from an attraction perspective. The better you feel about yourself and life overall, when you are ready to get back in the game, you’ll meet people for sure. Relinquishing that control is key..not always easy but it makes the process so much easier when we don’t try to micromanage the process of infinite creation with our puny little brains 🙂 Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts!
Above all, find ways to be happier now, no matter what is going on. Make your happiness and well-being a priority. The higher you are "vibing" the more things you will attract into your experience that mirror back all these great feelings. Be patient and compassionate with yourself. You can want the relationship, but release on the desperate sense of "need" around it.
Yet I continued my LoA manifestation practice even in spite of all this. I could vividly imagine the way I’d feel once this burden of real estate sales had been removed from my shoulders. I vividly imagined myself relaxing in the warm sun, sipping a margarita poolside in Mexico. I felt how happy I would be to sleep till I awakened naturally, rather than waking every day to an alarm clock. I visualized making new friends, and being surrounded by a friendly, welcoming community.
Me personally, I used Manifestation Miracle to learn how to master the Law of Attraction and in short it’s simply been amazing. For example, I had a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta. I was always wanting a new car because I was tired of my beat up interior and rusted exterior. I kept on focusing on a Hyundai sonata limited trim and eventually one day my jetta died. I was mad at the time, but in the long run it really paid off. While I was searching for a car, the Elantra model was selling for $18,000 for a 2013 limited model. I was about to buy it . but I kept on seeing Sonata’s so I kept searching. I ended up finding a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited trim with only 23,000 miles for $13,500. The car was way better, it was what I wanted, and it was cheaper!
1. I relentlessly repeated over and over the mantra ‘I have made 500 shekels’ regarding my next shift. I made 450. This was by far the most any waitress had made and beyond belief but I kept the mantra going that night even after I got home. The next day I came into work. A big table that I had served the night before was so happy with my service they came in the next day to provide me with another 50 shekels!!! I was beside myself! Wow this is incredible. OK next test.
I am writing this post in the apartment I manifested. I had the exact apartment in mind as some friends lived here a couple of years before, but at that time I didn’t have the salary to afford it. When I did, I starting thinking about the place again. The woman who lived here worked for me and was telling me she was thinking of moving, but perhaps not for a year or more. I started visualising that place being mine for after she left. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it, she suddenly left to go back to England, leaving me with a hole in my department but the flat that I wanted. Fortunately on both accounts I had a new department member within the week, plus the keys to the apartment, but cheaper than I had expected because the landlady said I didn’t need to pay for utilities as I was living alone! An intention I wrote about 6 months ago mentions a 2 bedroomed apartment by the sea, but with views of the mountains. My terrace is directly over the sea, I can see it from my bed, but from my front door I have clear view of the mountains.

I felt the same way when I first heard about LOA but then I looked at my life and could clearly see how it had negatively affected my life automatically (I thought I was broke, I acted like I was broke, and I was broke). So I figured I had nothing to lose! 4 years later it’s TOTALLY transformed my life and I’ve manifested 2 vision boards and a brand new life. IT WORKS!
And then, sometimes I think that the current relationship will eventually end in some way if the person working consciously with LOA makes such dramatic shifts that she and her current partner are just too far away from each other vibrationally. This could definitely happen without your ending it specifically–the other person could end it, it could be mutual and amicable, something could happen that creates a large rift and you both can’t see a way to move past it, or you may decide to end it and it won’t feel as scary as it may currently because you just know it is the right thing to do. I don’t think being unhappy with a relationship as it currently is now is an absolute sign that it is not right..ultimately, it depends on so many individual factors, and as the person doing the LOA work gets deeper and more in touch with what is happening, she will have a sense of what she really wants and how she thinks it will play out. It does take a degree of honesty that can feel a bit uncomfortable, but necessary.

Listening to the law of attraction meditation in the past two weeks is the best thing I have done in years. The concept sits so tight in my head now that I don’t know why the rest of the world doesn’t live by it. Since I started listening to this mp3, wonderful things have happened. I got a Facebook message from a great guy I wasn’t expecting to; our mutual friend told him about me. We’re dating now and so far, so good. I’m happier and confident, have this inner feeling that all is well with me; I found the most perfect apartment for a great price and just signed the lease. My best friend won a three-day cruise vacation and she’s taking me as a plus one. I just have to pay for the flight. Beautiful things are happening so fast and I’m just shocked, thank you!
Then you start your day-wise practice where you keep a Gratitude Journal and write 10 points of gratitude and 10 pints of appreciation for yourself. And in addition to that, you do the activity as per the day’s practice. This helps you to raise your vibration and align your emotions with your dream. You send an unlimited amount of positive signals to the Universe that works for your manifestation. Your vibration becomes stronger with positive affirmations and visualizations and ultimately when you match your vibration with your dreams, the Universe grant your wish and it materializes in the form of manifestation or reality.
You are not pre-destined to a life of hardship and struggle; you alone are responsible for how much income you welcome into your life. Feel excited about the money. Feel thankful for what money you already have. Rejoice in the knowledge that the bank of the Universe has unlimited wealth to offer you. Let your entire mind become consumed with thoughts of abundance.
Jim Carey is infamous now for having done this specific thing in his life. In 1985 through 87, Carrey would drive up onto Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles, looking at houses, and he would imagine all of these things in his. He would imagine the big house, the cars, respect from directors, more opportunities than he knew what to do with, and so on. Keep in mind, at the time he was flat broke.
I have been applying the visualization techniques of the Law Of Attraction for a couple of years. I have been able to manifest those things I truly believed to the core of my being. And although I still think sometimes maybe this has all been an accident, I have seen the wonder and absolute amazement of the Universe and how it has led me to all the things I have truly, deeply wanted. I look back and see how the matrix of the Universe moved me to what I wanted without me even knowing it. It was like intuition that I didn’t realize was happening, if that makes sense.
The easiest way to become a vibrational match is to focus on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day. You can also practice feeling the emotions you would be experiencing if you already had what you wanted. You can also create these emotions through the thoughts that you think. In fact, your thoughts are creating feelings all the time, so it’s important to catch yourself when your emotions turn negative and turn them to positive emotions.
In my dream, I was back in college at a frat house, and friends from all phases of my life were gathering for a big party. I sat at a table eating a plate of chicken wings and gourmet French fries (hey, it was just a dream!). Suddenly one of my close friends and current business colleagues sat down across from me and started interrogating me about Early To Rise.
It’s difficult to free yourself completely from doubt, fear or feeling as though you don’t deserve something. Your instinct might try to combat those feelings using negative thoughts like, “Don’t be afraid” or even direct conflicts like, “You deserve this.” Unfortunately, such methods are ineffective and simply don’t work because they reinforce negative thoughts and feelings.

When it comes to interest in law of attraction, I would have to say the two things people are most trying to get is love or money, perhaps both at the same time. Relationships can be a tricky area of manifestation, not because it is inherently harder to attract them than other things, but because of all the ‘stuff’ we have built up over the years that lays heavy in our vibration. We have all sorts of beliefs that tell us we aren’t good enough. Our past failed romantic endeavors are etched into our minds, and we are convinced we can’t experience anything different. We worry we will never meet someone, or that we will have to settle for less than what we want.We stay in relationships that we know aren’t right for fear we won’t find something better.


If manifesting your dream life only required having positive thoughts, then this conversation would be irrelevant. If it were as simple as staying positive, you would have figured it out long ago. This goes much deeper than the surface level conscious mind thinking you’re well-acquainted with. The Law of Attraction is activated based on what’s occurring in the depths of your unconscious mind.
3) Follow your heart.  If there’s something you feel inspired to do, do it. If there’s something you don’t want to do, don’t do it.  You don’t have to kiss 100 frogs; you don’t have to go out to meet people, go on online dating sites, or do anything that does not feel right.   If you are the kind of person who likes to stay at home, your soulmate could literally have a crash on your yard! It’s happened before.  Only do what you want to do and feels right!

I own this and Ask and It Is Given. I have to say these books have changed my life and am already rereading them. I like the kindle versions because I can add bookmarks, which are nearly every page. I always thought I had a good attitude in life but felt that I was not breaking past a certain point. These books helped me realize that I was not allowing the things I wanted to manifest. As soon as I changed this pattern of thought, it was like flipping the light switch on. This book is not only about money, I feel the title is a marketing ploy, the middle section is about health and the end is about career. I just got through cancer and was told by some friends that I had somehow brought it on myself. I've never felt good about believing that people can invite illness, tragedy, even death. After reading sections of this book, I can see the point of view, I'm not totally convinced but I'm more open to understanding. In general, these books do offer a perspective that is wise and grounded in common sense. That's why I like them. They're not asking you to believe or have faith in things that quite honestly don't make sense. All I know is I feel good and great things are happening in my life.


In many cases, the underlying issue, when it is broken down to its absolute core, is fear of some kind. Fear that people won’t think we are good enough. Fear of being vulnerable to someone. Fear of actually being happy—yeah, lots of people are actually afraid of that. We get so wrapped up in our crap and it becomes such a strong part of our identity, we may not actually know who we are without all the stories we tell ourselves. If you identify yourself as the perpetually single person, an asshole magnet or simply ‘unlucky’ in love, who are you without those labels?


Second, I’ve been working on getting friendly with money for years. I know that when I feel frustrated about money, it has to reflect my frustration. When I’m scared about money, it matches that vibe, too. Whatever I’m feeling is what it has to show me. So I’ve been working on getting friendly with it for a while now. That part didn’t happen in ten days.
