Listening to the law of attraction meditation in the past two weeks is the best thing I have done in years. The concept sits so tight in my head now that I don’t know why the rest of the world doesn’t live by it. Since I started listening to this mp3, wonderful things have happened. I got a Facebook message from a great guy I wasn’t expecting to; our mutual friend told him about me. We’re dating now and so far, so good. I’m happier and confident, have this inner feeling that all is well with me; I found the most perfect apartment for a great price and just signed the lease. My best friend won a three-day cruise vacation and she’s taking me as a plus one. I just have to pay for the flight. Beautiful things are happening so fast and I’m just shocked, thank you!
Last year, my relationship ended suddenly. In hindsight, I had fears about abandonment and deservability, and I now see that these were limiting beliefs that colored my reality. Over the past year, I have worked on healing myself from the inside out and am incredibly proud of how I have grown. There has been no drama, just a quiet respect that if he felt that he needed space to grow and evolve, I loved him enough to let him go. While contact has been minimal, I still wake up each day with a smile and a heart filled with love and promise. He is with me even though we are apart; and I have hope beyond my current reality that our paths will cross again, and comfort and peace in that certainty.
When things aren’t going well, the Law of Attraction is something that should be paid attention to because you attract to you energies that are a reflection of what’s going on inside you. To be more specific, what’s going on outside is actually a barometer for how things are on the inside. This is the best time to focus in on what you are attracting to you as a pattern and create a pattern interrupt.
You’re also competing with other people’s intentions – both good and bad. So, be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with someone else’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly. The Law of Attraction does not give you full and total control of your life, it simply states that like will attract like. You can use this to your advantage by being intentional with your desires, but this isn’t magic.
Going deeper into a trance-like state of meditation, you enter the mysterious Theta state where brain activity slows almost to the point of sleep, but not quite. Theta is one of the more elusive and extraordinary realms you can explore. It is also known as the twilight state which you normally only experience fleetingly upon waking, or drifting off to sleep.
Initially this surprised her. She could dismiss it as luck… or as some kind of trick… or as a momentary lapse of her part. Then when it kept happening, it began to frustrate her. I helped her shift that frustration to amusement by pointing out that she was really good at finding bottle caps and smudges, and we had some laughs about that. She just needed to adjust her mind a little bit more to notice the coins.
This fear gets triggered in a variety of ‘romantic’ situations–you may not consciously be aware that it is fear, it may manifest itself in a variety of ways—and people that are good matches for you can’t make their way in. For example, you may meet some great people who you get along with great, but they just won’t be attracted to you, and it isn’t because there is anything wrong with you. In fact, if you were to ask someone why he wasn’t ‘feeling it’, he probably wouldn’t have a good answer. He wouldn’t’ be able to verbalize it.
When you feel moved to take action from a place of passion and excitement, not stress, then go ahead and let those actions flow through you. It will seem to be more work to stop yourself — you’ll feel like you’re chickening out and holding back if you stay still. Follow your impulses. But don’t worry about the immediate results of those actions. There may be some twists and turns along the way.

The great thing about being after a feeling is we can conjure it up anytime we want, regardless of what is happening now. What feelings are you seeking? How can you feel that way now? What can you focus on in your present reality that makes you feel abundant? Even though I wasn’t thrilled I was literally living off credit cards, I shifted perspective, and developed a sense of appreciation for having them as an option. I focused on the sense of security I felt from having my rent paid for the month, and knowing I could buy food and was not going to starve.
To prosper, you must recognize prosperity first. If you go to any city around the world, you will see beautiful buildings, skyscraper, grand mansions and luxurious hotels. Even you can see beautiful roads and phenomenal engineering marvels. When you see them, become happy and recognize the prosperity that is reflecting from all these grand creations.
Don't wait for the relationship to manifest; you must first become the person who already has these qualities. This includes preparing your space for the partner of your dreams: Clean out your closet, empty a draw or replace that worn-out wallpaper. Think of all the ways in which you can prepare yourself and your life to be in perfect alignment with your perfect mate.
P.s. My Boyfriend did not help me with this. I project managed the whole thing myself, with invaluable help of a carpenter friend. I knew nothing about building industry and all the workers said it can’t be done in 60 days and said how from their years of experience it would take 6 months if i was lucky. We argued and argued until we all saw it MY way and then we got on with it :)
I know the LOA says when you want to manifest a specific person you have to be willing to lose them – you have to let go and be ok with not being with them in order to manifest the relationship you want. It also says that you should visualize the relationship you want with this person as if you already have it. How can one do both? How can I imagine being in a relationship with this person but let them go and be ok with not the being with them at the same time?

The process of attraction happens at the level of what we feel and believe, and when you don’t set standards and boundaries, this shows you don’t feel very good about yourself, and that you have a lot of crappy beliefs that essentially amount to not feeling good enough, and not being deserving of the best life has to offer. These types of beliefs can mess with various aspects of our life, but can be particularly problematic in the love department. And guess what types of people and situations we attract when we feel this way? Shitty, shitty, shitty ones.
Another way that you can manifest money into your life by using the Law of Attraction is by actually envisioning it coming to pass. The deeper you’re able to envision it, the more likely you’ll be to see things through. Oftentimes, we can’t envision something incredible happening in our lives because we try not to set ourselves up for disappointment, thus we impose self-limitations that stifle us from achieving our dreams.
At first when she would walk past a coin, and I’d pick it up and say, “Look at this, Emily. There was a nickel there, and you walked right past it! Your eyes definitely saw it because you were looking in that direction, but the coin didn’t register in your mind. You still need to adjust yourself to the right vibe. Remember — the coins are everywhere! You just have to command your eyes to notice them.”

Second, I’ve been working on getting friendly with money for years. I know that when I feel frustrated about money, it has to reflect my frustration. When I’m scared about money, it matches that vibe, too. Whatever I’m feeling is what it has to show me. So I’ve been working on getting friendly with it for a while now. That part didn’t happen in ten days.
You need to be clear about what you truly want in a relationship, there are lots of questions to be asked here, and the crucial thing is that you be honest with yourself. Is it a life-long relationship? Is it a traditional “get married”, raise a family relationship? Is it a committed relationship living apart? I am so glad you found the post helpful. That is great that your faith in the ability to consciously create our reality is growing. As it does, you will see more and more ‘proof’, which will just reinforce that, setting of a wonderful cycle. Just always remember to be patient, and make your core focus feeling good about the work you are doing. Find content that resonates with you, and really focus on learning from those sources. That encounter with that person definitely shows you are moving towards what you want. Being able to truly be ourselves will make the process of attracting a relationship so much easier, you have no idea.
He is my soulmate. We speak the same love language. We have this amazing telepathic connection that freaks us both sometimes. We both have our quirks which we completely accept and adore. We never stop each other from being who we are, even if it means being selfish or demanding at times. Fortunately, we realize our mistakes and make amends immediately. I would say about 1/3 of my kindle book is highlighted. There are so many amazing AHA teachings and already my reality is shifting because of this book. I'm excited to report back in a few months of how elevated my life has become. I read this with my 2 accountability partners and we all felt the same vibrational alignment to business and relationship goals.
Think about the strengths and energies that make you unique. When you were a child you thought to yourself “Wow, I am ME. Nobody else is me or can feel the feelings I feel. They’re mine alone. This energy is uniquely my energy.” Then, of course, the world trained you out of this way of seeing things. You wanted to be the same as everyone else (or at least, they wanted you to be the same). Breaking free and removing failure from your vocabulary allows you to follow your bliss with ease.
Hi Elizabeth, Ive just read the book – ive always visualised and practised gratitude and its worked well for me. However when it comes to love, not so much. I read the section on vibrational matches. When i think of him i feel fearful & anxious. I know this means im blocking him but its the way i feel. Ive been in love with him for nearly 2 years, but alas he now has someone else.
As with all Law of Attraction work, trying to manifest love requires you look at the underlying assumption that holds you back. In this case, limiting beliefs that might block you from finding love. Try to write them down first. Then identify where they came from. Most importantly, write down a contradictory belief that you can then turn into a daily affirmation.
