“Me and my husband weren’t getting on at all and then I remembered something a woman said at the group who was in a similar situation. So I did a version of the Positive Aspects process: I went through the alphabet thinking of good qualities about him: A- Attractive when we went out last week, B- Bought me a beautiful birthday present, C- Committed to his family and work, D- Determined to feel good, E- Easy going and relaxed… And on I went. After a very short time my feelings of anger and criticism melted away. I began doing this process every day, in the morning before work. Initially I have to admit I wanted to do the processes to change him- but after a while I was doing it because it felt so good. Within a week or so he bought me flowers- he hasn’t done that for years. He started paying me compliments and now he’s booked a holiday for us. He also has told me how much he loves me and I, too, feel more in love with him than I have in a long time.”
Hi Elizabeth…I really appreciate you taking the time to answer all of our questions…no matter how big, small or repetitive…thank you for continuing to answer and being patient…we all are just trying to get it right…trying to find our happy place and manifest within it. I’ve been working on my energy everyday and learning to let go..even though he continues to pop up in my mind everyday, a couple of times a day. I’m not at all mad or hurt…just missing him…I smile and laugh when I think of him…and try my best to not let the missing him get in the way of the universe delivering my desires to me. But I would like to know if it is possible to manifest him or someone even better for Thanksgiving? I would love to have a great guy to accompany me for the holiday festivities and more! And how do I manifest faster? Thanks again in advance!
I have understood that “If Its To Be, It’s Up to Me”, I will have to practice gratitude with discipline and perseverance that’s the key to fulfilling all my dreams. I have many challenges but I am not scared to face them and turn them into opportunities. Being positive, having faith and taking inspired action along with Wish and Let Go is the key to achieve my dreams.
I love this guy for more than 1 year. We had a short relationship, I really loved him but he didn’t pay much attention to my feelings. I started to doubt if he really loves me or just want to sleep with me. He didn’t call me or even text me regularly except the times he need to have se’x ! I couldn’t believe that he was a jerk! He sometimes treated me well and appreciated my kindness to him. Now after 1 year I can’t forget him or be with other guys. I think he didn’t love me and this thought make me hate him ! What should I do? I can’t focus on my own life.
Our thoughts often show unexpected stubbornness when we try to “discipline” them – they easily wonder off or turn into something we didn’t want. For example, a simple visualization exercise of a car you’re trying to manifest can turn into a nightmare when your kids appear in it out of nowhere and start trashing your beautiful car – this image also came from inside your mind, but it’s not the direction you intended your visualization to take.
You are greater than what is going on around you. Your relationship with yourself is your most important relationship. What’s happened happened. It’s in the past and you can’t change it. It sucks, but it’s happened. You can still change what happens in the future. Focus on getting to a place where you feel better. The happier and more joyful you feel, the more positive results you will see.
I recently released some resistance about finding the right guy. And I had this weird experience yesterday. I felt like maybe I could meet somebody yesterday when I went out with my friend. And I actually forgot about the fact that I thought about it. And I ran into somebody at a book store and he actually told me something that I didn’t expect and I didn’t know what to say so I couldn’t respond properly. I actually was with my friend who had strong opinion against something and I was afraid if she might not like me acting certain way. Anyway, so I actually wanted to talk to the guy more but for some reason, I couldn’t. But I discovered some limiting beliefs. I realized that I need to be myself even though I worry what my friend thinks about me. And if she doesn’t support me, maybe she’s not good for me even though I really care about her as a friend. The reason that I couldn’t be myself yesterday was because I cared so much about what my friend would think about me.
Now, suppose that you begin to get clear about the kind of person that your soulmate is. And you decide he or she is Abundant, Affectionate, Ambitious, Beautiful, Caring, Charismatic, Considerate, Creative, and so forth. Now, imagine that this person – who possess all of these wonderful qualities – was simultaneously looking back at you and secretly seeing you the way that you are right now, do you think that they would be proud of what they were seeing? Would they be interested in hanging out with you, in dating you? Chances are, the answer is no.
In January of the year she set out to go to Venice, someone she had met earlier and heard of her request, offered to give her a ticket to Venice with no strings attached. Then after learning the hotel she wanted was booked for a conference, she believed the universe would deliver and called back two weeks later to find a room available. Turns out, it was the room where the exact picture on her vision board was taken.
While planning can help you to expect your outcome, if you can’t actually see it coming to pass in your mind, there’s no way it’s going to occur. If you can consider that everything in your life, whether or not you want it or not, was once a figment of your imagination, you’ll realize that you hold the power to turn your dreams into reality. This is real and its exact and it’s specifically how some of the most famous people in the world achieved success.
When it comes to interest in law of attraction, I would have to say the two things people are most trying to get is love or money, perhaps both at the same time. Relationships can be a tricky area of manifestation, not because it is inherently harder to attract them than other things, but because of all the ‘stuff’ we have built up over the years that lays heavy in our vibration. We have all sorts of beliefs that tell us we aren’t good enough. Our past failed romantic endeavors are etched into our minds, and we are convinced we can’t experience anything different. We worry we will never meet someone, or that we will have to settle for less than what we want.We stay in relationships that we know aren’t right for fear we won’t find something better.

Thank you so much for such long reply! The more I’m working on myself with LOA, somehow the more my feelings are changing. Deep down, I know there will be more chances for me out there and therefore, I will meet the love of my life but my brain tells me that I shouldn’t have done that. Feels like my heart and my brain are in different places. Sometimes it’s quite the challenge. But I learned that I need to care for myself first and foremost!
Another way that you can manifest money into your life by using the Law of Attraction is by actually envisioning it coming to pass. The deeper you’re able to envision it, the more likely you’ll be to see things through. Oftentimes, we can’t envision something incredible happening in our lives because we try not to set ourselves up for disappointment, thus we impose self-limitations that stifle us from achieving our dreams.
One thing I found on a website is the fact that the LOA makes people believe that they are totally in charge of their life which is not true.You think you can do everything with the power of your mind. They forget God’s will and what I’ll add is that they forget the notion of destiny. You will get things when they are within the brackets of you destiny. You may want something badly and you’ll never get it, just because it was not written this way for you. That’s why you can get the small things because they don’t compromise the big lines of your life chart. And I can still go further after my explorations I will soon be able to say that you don’t really attract things, you feel you’ll get them. It’s just intuition.
It’s difficult to free yourself completely from doubt, fear or feeling as though you don’t deserve something. Your instinct might try to combat those feelings using negative thoughts like, “Don’t be afraid” or even direct conflicts like, “You deserve this.” Unfortunately, such methods are ineffective and simply don’t work because they reinforce negative thoughts and feelings.
No matter what we attract, it is always there to help us, so you want to think about this scenario and what feelings came up around it, and that can clue you in to how it is useful for your journey of attracting a relationship. As for your friend, I am not sure what topic of conversation was involved as far as you feeling like you can’t be yourself around her, but as some general advice, anytime we feel like we can’t be ourselves in a certain situation or around a certain person, it is a problem plain and simple that must be examined. Ultimately, it comes down to determining whether your reluctance to be yourself is more based in your own fears, and your friend would more than likely accept you, or if your friend is someone who is very judgmental or wouldn’t be able to accept you for who are because of strong beliefs she holds about certain things.

That is where a lot of people struggle with LOA in general, and relationships in particular–it can be really hard to feel okay with how things are now when we want them to be different. Feeling okay with being single and feeling that fulfillment with life in the absence of that other person can be a challenge, but it is necessary to let in a GOOD relationship.
“I was very focused on a particular person and wanting them to like me. Based on what I learnt at a Law of Attraction Centre workshop I decided to practice loving thoughts about what I liked about people rather than thinking about what they thought about me. I spent 15 minutes making a list of the Positive Aspects of a previous partner and the current person I liked. After this I realised that I had felt negative not because of how they did or didn’t feel about me but because I wasn’t thinking lovingly about them. And then guess what, they got in touch and the funny thing was when they did get in touch it was less important as I was already feeling good!”
We all long for that connection with someone else. It is natural to want it. It is okay to want it. The absence of it in our life creates a very strong emotional reaction. We notice the lack of a relationship constantly. There is a huge vibration of lack. What we are ‘vibrating’ now will determine what we attract into our experience now, so we need to clean things up here a bit.
Multi-sensory visualization. Take your creative visualization further and begin to spend longer daily sessions imagining every aspect of being with your soulmate. The stronger this mental image, the stronger the pull you will exert on them. Think not only about how they will look but also how they will sound, smell and feel. You might also try picturing significant moments in your life. For example, visualize events like sharing a bed for the first time, getting married or having children.
