The CEO, Everton Anderson, sat at the head of the conference table and I positioned myself in the center of the long side of the table…right in his natural line of vision. I was listening keenly to his address. Speakers tend to seek an attentive listener to make eye contact with, so he found me and was often speaking directly to me (most of the others appeared disinterested).

I have read a number of books over the years regarding the Law of Attraction and the process of manifesting one's desires. This audio set does a phenomenal job in providing the context and content to help the reader change their point of attraction in terms of money, health, and relationships. Like anything, this is a process and the best way to get results is to approach it with a playful attitude. Some people have accused Esther and Jerry Hicks of teaching selfishness. Well, for one thing, there is a difference between being selfish vs Self-ish. Secondly, if one doesn't attend to their own vibrations, they are NO good to the world anyway. So, the best way to 'give back' is to get aligned with your own Well Being aka Source energy.


It is also important to remember to work on feeling better incrementally, and not trying to manifest things that are just too much of a stretch for our CURRENT vibration. For example, someone really struggling with money would probably not really feel it was possible to start making 10,000 a month in income, and to set that type of goal without already being able to feel that abundant right now, would result in lots of frustration, and the lack of results would just worsen the energy. It is also a good idea to put your focus on just feeling better overall, and not too much on specific manifestations. A lot can happen without specific focus when we just raise our vibration overall. You will notice cool things start to happen, and this will strengthen your trust in the process, which will make it easier to manifest specific things.
Hi Elizabeth, I’ve read your book (loved it!) and the “rules” for those of us who want to manifest an ex, seem a little more demanding and complex… What if your ex wants nothing to do with you, or appears not to want to? What if they are telling everyone they are moving on and happier without you and are going toward greener pastures and they are open to meeting someone new? Secondly, how does one visualize happiness when still hurting, and how does one visualize good things and “let it go” when the memory of the breakup is still recent and fresh. Any tips on how to switch off emotional pain and memories, and just concentrate on the good? I just feel that manifesting an ex back is a great deal more challenging (and yes it is him I really want) because of the history there which simply can’t be erased or forgotten….
Thirdly, when you stop resistant thoughts, your vibration rises to a higher level. This is the whole point of meditation, I believe. To be still, therefore stop resistance and allow your vibration to rise. We are all energy and that energy vibrates at different frequencies, depending on how we feel. So, meditation allows you to vibrate at a high frequency. There are also other reason to meditate. You will feel better, you experience a sense of calm, you are happier. Most importantly, however, when your vibration rises, you open yourself up to receive guidance, in the form of inspired thought.
Your future can be anything that you choose it to be. There is a limitless number of possibilities for you to step into, just as there is a limitless versions of you and a limitless versions of everyone else in your life. Everyone takes a role according to the reality you create. If you create a reality with him in it, he will be in it. If you create a reality without him, he won’t be in it. It’s all about you and what you create.

Just like the good old tracks that the sled follows down the mountain. And so we tell the same old story, over and over, about why we have our childhood wounds, and about how bad our previous relationship was, how we got dumped, how we’re not being loved the way we want to be, how unequal this relationship is, how we have these abandonment issues, how they cheated on us, how we’re too old to find love, too fat, too skinny, too white, too black, too gay, too straight, too poor, too rich, too unstable, too unreliable, afraid of commitment, too demanding… Blah, blah, blah. PLEASE STOP! The more you tell the same old story, the more you’re perpetuating it in your experience and the more you’re blocking love from coming into your life. Why?  Because you keep focusing on it.
“I’m now financially well-off thanks to your groups and workshops. And I’m actually working less hours than before. Where I was once jealous of ‘those lucky people’, it is now me who is getting promotions and business ‘freebies’ such as luxury hotel accommodation and upgrades. Was it quick and easy? – not really, but change came quicker and more easily than I thought. It took discipline and commitment. Sometimes you just have to keep on going even if you can’t see results, knowing that the results will come in perfect timing- that’s my advice to anyone who is doing the processes in a half-hearted way or is feeling a little doubtful or unsure if it will work for them.”
That night, I laid on the cold hardwood floor in our living room, my hair matted to the side of my head with tears that had finally run dry from my own dehydration. The only thought that floated in my semi-conscious brain was, “How the hell can I do this?” I’d tried so hard to think of a plan, anything, but nothing came, except that question over and over again. It seemed completely impossible. Yet somehow in that moment survival mode also kicked in, and with it came even more questions. Of course we’d have to move right away, but where? I didn’t have family who could take us in. And we’d need to sell everything we owned, but how? And I’d need a job, but doing what? And how could I afford to work when daycare would take up most of my salary?
It's not enough to wish. The Law of Attraction is not magic, it's just a way to train your subconscious mind; you must still take action to reach your goal. You are the one who must change before you circumstances do. The road to what you desire is through personal transformation. If this means that you have to learn a whole new style of relating to people to have the relationship that you want, then so be it.

first of all I love your book and have read it twice. I used your method to attract someone back after he had gone and it worked. As it is a long distanced relationship we didn’t see each other often so things had fallen apart, and we broke up recently again. I want to attract him back using LOA again. This time is a bit difficult for me as it’s the second time manifesting the same person, and now I get a bit confused: as I have to ‘let go’, do I still have to visualise every day? In the “letting go” period, should I think about him, or just making myself happy? I am training myself to visualise better but I find sometimes the feeling of love is strong but sometimes not at all (probably because the long distanced has dragged us down and it is the second time manifesting the same person). Will making myself happy work in order to manifest in this situation? I do believe Universe is making it happen for me but I would like to know if I have to feel ‘in love’ when I think of him. Thank you.


The thing is that there is no way to know for sure if another guy is gay or bi in most situations, so it's harder to casually meet a guy on the street or at some social function without possibly getting into an awkward situation when you try to feel him out. This means that the options that are left to us can be...less wholesome situations. Combine that with the naturally high sex drive of a male, then multiply that by two and...well, you know how it is.
So glad you enjoyed the article. You are certainly not along in having trouble with money manifesting. Lots of deep programming to work through and it actually goes a lot deeper than just money stuff. The most important thing to remember is by focusing your energy on the things you want the money for…travel, certain experiences, whatever, and if money is part of the equation of getting it, it will come in. And do whatever you can to feel abundant now, no matter how small the thing is…all you need is a bit more positive energy to start allowing in a different experience.

Each "failed" relationship has given you clues about what you want in your ideal partner. The problem is, many women and men focus on the negative instead of the positive. For example, by saying that you don't want a man who "puts his work before the relationship," you are focusing on a man who puts work before love and that is the desire you are unconsciously sending out through your energy.
“I wanted to write in and thank you and share a testimonial about your work that may help others: I had tried it all- online dating, offline dating, blind dates- you name it. After doing your workshop about love a few years ago I realised that I was trying too hard to ‘make it happen’ out of fear that if I didn’t do anything, nothing would happen. Your soul mate will not be coming into your life to rescue you, make you happy, or save your life.  A soul mate is a friend and partner with whom you’ll be sharing your life.  Someone who will love, nurture and support you while you love, nurture and support them.  Someone who understands the power and beauty of a true soulmate union and will hold the space for love, even when you can’t.
