This step is important because those competing signals can be quite strong. Weaken the signal or change the direction of those thoughts like this: Approach those feelings with the love and compassion that you would feel towards a lonely, small child or a hurt animal. When you love yourself, you open up the possibility to receive your greatest desires, and you begin to only desire the things that are best for you.

When you feel moved to take action from a place of passion and excitement, not stress, then go ahead and let those actions flow through you. It will seem to be more work to stop yourself — you’ll feel like you’re chickening out and holding back if you stay still. Follow your impulses. But don’t worry about the immediate results of those actions. There may be some twists and turns along the way.
The process of attraction happens at the level of what we feel and believe, and when you don’t set standards and boundaries, this shows you don’t feel very good about yourself, and that you have a lot of crappy beliefs that essentially amount to not feeling good enough, and not being deserving of the best life has to offer. These types of beliefs can mess with various aspects of our life, but can be particularly problematic in the love department. Unfortunately, we are not so great at naturally going to a happy place. But, with a strong intention, and some practice focusing, it is not as hard as you think. And, it’s okay if you don’t feel good every single second-you will still have your moments. The key is building up that momentum behind the good energy so that it starts becoming the predominant force.

When it comes to interest in law of attraction, I would have to say the two things people are most trying to get is love or money, perhaps both at the same time. Relationships can be a tricky area of manifestation, not because it is inherently harder to attract them than other things, but because of all the ‘stuff’ we have built up over the years that lays heavy in our vibration. We have all sorts of beliefs that tell us we aren’t good enough. Our past failed romantic endeavors are etched into our minds, and we are convinced we can’t experience anything different. We worry we will never meet someone, or that we will have to settle for less than what we want.We stay in relationships that we know aren’t right for fear we won’t find something better.
The Law of Attraction doesn’t work by just sitting there and wishing for these things to come to you. So I want you to just start by creating a detailed list of every step you’ll need to take to achieve your goals. I guarantee this will make it easier to move into action. I used to do a lot of work helping people to stop smoking. There are only 2 reasons people don’t stop smoking. One, because they don’t want to (often this is subconscious) Two, because they don’t believe it’s possible. Or they assume it will be incredibly difficult and painful, and they can’t do it without suffering forever. (Again, this is often subconscious and it is a flawed assumption).
Abundance Checks. Every month, take a blank check and fill in your name, the amount, and all the other details. Sign it “The Universe,” “God,” “Source,” or any cosmic entity you prefer. Even “Your Fairy Godmother” works. Look at the check every day when you wake up and when you go to bed. Feel that you already have that money now. Imagine spending it. Really immerse yourself in how wonderful it is. Know that the money is already yours.
For example, if you’re looking to create more income or manifest a big payday, you need to plan around that expectation. Imagine when someone tells you that they’re coming to visit and they’ll be staying at your house in the guest bedroom. You plan your life in accordance with that expected outcome. You prepare the bedroom, clean the house, wash the sheets, and so on.
It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.

I’ve noticed that as I’ve shifted my vibe to manifest larger sums of money and to manifest new experiences in other parts of my life, I seem to fall out of resonance with manifesting smaller sums. My terrace is directly over the sea, I can see it from my bed, but from my front door I have clear view of the mountains.

The first thing I would say about your situation is to carefully examine whether you are just trying to ignore negative feelings and think ‘happy thoughts’ or you are actually thinking and focusing in a way that makes you FEEL better. The feeling is where we attract, not in casting aside negative thoughts, only to have that energy remain and grow.

“About two weeks ago, I was sitting in my local coffee shop looking out the window whilst reading ‘Ask and It Is Given’ by Abraham-Hicks, when I felt a sudden urge to go into my local book makers to have a bet on a horse race. I was the only person in the betting shop at the time, but I just knew that I was going to win some money. When we don’t treat ourselves well, that is a sign of low self-esteem; it sends a message we are not ‘worthy’ of love and care. And guess what will be reflected back into your reality? Taking better care of yourself, and treating yourself with the respect and love you deserve, will help shore up beliefs that say ‘I am good enough.’ ‘I deserve someone who treats me well.’
You can’t attract someone who loves you for who you are, if you are not really BEING who you are. Not being yourself because you think there is something wrong with you will also lead you to attracting people who mirror these feelings back to you, which to those unaware of how law of attraction operates, will falsely take these experiences and encounters as ‘proof’ they are right in feeling that way about themselves.

Sure, you may have your fights, disagreements, etc.. I am not talking about creating some ‘perfect’ relationship where you never experience conflict or get annoyed by each other. I am talking about a relationship that feels right to the core, that doesn’t have all this ‘stuff’ in it that we really don’t want, but put up with because we think we have to.

Why dont you create a position or appoint a person to carry out a laboratory investigation and create a strategic plan to improve the operations of the pathology laboratory?BINGO! I was making myself recognized and indispensible…in the event that I wanted to apply for a fulltime position after the internship period. Since then I had to meet with the CEO to share my ideas and results and my strategic plan was well appreciated. I learned a lot from Everton Anderson and use many of the principles even today.
As for losing faith in the Universe, that phrasing suggests you are applying ‘humanness’ to this force, and looking at it as something that makes decisions, rewards people,etc… It implies you are waiting for it to give you something. It is much more mechanical than that..it is neutral. It can only reflect back to us our predominant beliefs and feelings–it can’t deliver something because we are a good person, or are trying really hard,etc.. Think of it as a computer–input,output.
This fear gets triggered in a variety of ‘romantic’ situations–you may not consciously be aware that it is fear, it may manifest itself in a variety of ways—and people that are good matches for you can’t make their way in.  For example, you may meet some great people who you get along with great, but they just won’t be attracted to you, and it isn’t because there is anything wrong with you. In fact, if you were to ask someone why he wasn’t ‘feeling it’, he probably wouldn’t have a good answer. He wouldn’t’ be able to verbalize it.
According to neuroscientists, as you continue to meditate, your brain physically changes, even though you’re not aware of it reshaping itself. They’re also beginning to understand why meditation is effective for managing stress. Using brain imaging techniques, scientists have observed changes in the threat system of the brain. The response kicks-off in the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for triggering fear. People who suffer from chronic anxiety have a more reactive amygdala, and this leaves them feeling threatened much of the time.

Sure, you want money to pay your bills, take a vacation and do all this other stuff, but ultimately, you want it because having it will give you certain desirable feelings. You want to feel the peace that comes with financial security; you want to feel the excitement, fulfillment and all the other awesome feelings you would experience with doing the things that the money would allow you to do.  
Step 4: As you work to manifest your soulmate, the final stage of your journey to attract love involves cultivating patience.
