This type of thing happens because we showed up, desperate, and without clarity about what we really wanted. The same applies to manifesting your Soulmate. You already know what you DON’T want. So let’s put the main focus on putting together a list of what you DO WANT that is in alignment with your core values and expresses what you want to experience and share in your new relationship.
It’s important to keep in mind through all this to spend your days focusing on things that feel good and make you happy. When you are happy and feeling good you are open to receive these inspirations. Complain less and appreciate more. Focus on everything that is going right. Meditate. With these things you will go through life continually manifesting the things you want.

I’ll bet a bunch of you reading this are arguing this point with me right now in that beautiful head of yours, but remember what I said earlier about us attracting based on what we feel and believe. So, if you really want to improve your financial situation as quickly and painlessly as possible, you need to start shifting your belief that money trouble is the worst thing that can happen to you, that some horrible fate will befall you if get behind on your payments.
For example, if you want a serious relationship, yet you invest time in transient relationships, you won't get what you actually want. Reality will give you transient relationships, or experiences, because that's the situation you're "in tune with", i.e. matching with, spending your attention on. Your "relationship space" will be occupied by transient relationships, instead of a serious one, which will not have the opportunity to manifest.

Well, I have some story to tell: today I was reading this story because I needed to manifest some emergency money myself. I had no idea where could it come from, but asked the universe for $1000 now. Loved your kindle book! It’s given me hope and most importantly a sense of serenity which I haven’t had since my breakup I’m afraid. Moving on is never as easy as one thinks. People tell you to go out with friends, have fun etc…But how does one go out and “have fun” when all restaurants, bars, lounges, clubs or car radios play music and music is the last thing you even want to listen to when your heart is breaking in a million pieces. So that alone, prevents one from moving on peacefully. But your book…I don’t know, just gives one hope. It is easier (at least for me) to “let go” knowing that getting back with the love of my life is possible. Frankly, moving on with hope, regardless of the result, is so much healthier than without it. So for that alone thanks! Now my question :))… I haven’t see my ex for the past two months. He’s very very reluctant to speak to me, and the very limited email exchanges we have had since the breakup have been cold (on his end) at best, though he does reply everytime. Hello, I am hoping you can help me with this…. I’ve read that being excited to manifest your old love, or just a new relationship in general is okay. I feel so excited when the Universe shows me my signs of my desire. I’ve recently realized that whenever I see those signs, it makes me anxious to receive. It’s difficult to free yourself completely from doubt, fear or feeling as though you don’t deserve something. Your instinct might try to combat those feelings using negative thoughts like, “Don’t be afraid” or even direct conflicts like, “You deserve this.” Unfortunately, such methods are ineffective and simply don’t work because they reinforce negative thoughts and feelings.
Bring your awareness to what you would like to manifest or call into your life at this time. Visualize it in the most bright, colorful, exciting, and joy-filled way—as if it’s already happened—and notice how happy you are, see who else is present there with you, take in any important sounds, feel the positive emotions running through you, and steep yourself in gratitude for all the gifts this life has bestowed upon you.

After meditating daily, for 2–4 weeks, and you are operating on a higher frequency you will notice that a thought or ideas suddenly come to you, during or after meditation. You will realize this is not just a random thought. It will feel different, like an impulse, you will have a desire to take action on it. It can be anything, even something completely random, like going to the grocery store to pick something up, or to call a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while. Whatever the inspired idea is, follow through with it because what it is is a stepping stone. It brings what you want to manifest a step closer to you. Things manifest in stages, not all at once. It may seem like something just comes to you out of the blue, but it doesn’t. It’s one thing that leads to another that will lead to another thing and that inevitably brings what you want to you. Don’t try to make it happen, just chill out, get out of your own way, and allow it to happen. The Universe will take care of the details, you just have to be ready.

You need to look at your current thoughts, beliefs and emotions to see why you are creating it now. “I have been doing LOA exercises as a daily practice for a while now, I had dated from time to time but it was more by default as I hadn’t really done any specific focusing on tidying up my vibe. I am quite independent and I wasn’t searching for a love relationship as such but I was getting a bit fed up with the dating. So, I commenced as part of my daily practice a clearer focus on love in my life, appreciation for the love I had already, how would it feel if I had an ideal love relationship and I added it onto my universe list saying statements like ‘please being me my ideal love relationship’. It was really cute how it unfolded and it unfolded very organically and in no time at all. A friend of mine at work just started to look positively attractive to me, I had always thought he was good looking but I never saw ‘us’ as an option. It was like I had a blind spot about us. As the days and weeks past, he became more interesting, available, talented and gorgeous. It got to the point where I was actually wondering if he was the most gorgeous man alive. It was hilarious! We got together and we get on great. He is just such a great guy and so easy to love. “I was looking for a way to forgive an ex-partner of mine, and had been trying for over a year. Hi SKA, The Law of Attraction creates through your thoughts, words and beliefs. If you read back over what you wrote and take all the negative thoughts and change them to positives, and read these regularly, you’ll soon see a shift in your vibration that will help you be with her. Hi, this article sounds true though i cant understand how does this work or manifest others actions. But very recently i was blown away with an experience. I was constantly thinking about someone with great emotions poured in. And one day i saw some posts in his profile all he was talking about is some word ” CHELSEA”.. I dont know what does that mean so i googled.its a football team of england… After 2 days , out of the blue the word chelsea popped up in my phone from my sisters message,just right after i recalled that person. Neither me nor my sister know what is that word before. And that person i think about lives in england…. And on the same day, the team chelsea played the match october 19,2013 in FIFA and won against some team for that day… I was very disturbed,scared and brought me to this sight… But im still confused
Unfortunately, we are not so great at naturally going to a happy place. But, with a strong intention, and some practice focusing, it is not as hard as you think. And, it’s okay if you don’t feel good every single second-you will still have your moments. The key is building up that momentum behind the good energy so that it starts becoming the predominant force.
You don’t have to go out on dates with people you’re not interested in, nor try to do something that goes against your own values. Notice what things or people you are consciously or unconsciously drawn to. You might be lead into amazing, rewarding, or at the very least a growing experience! Be willing to trust that inner voice and be open to the mystery that comes from there.
Nice article, but i have some questions. I like one girl, she is so pretty, she is in my office but in other building. I only see her when office is closed and employees go there home. She was some days ago in my building working but her department shift to other building and she is here that time i just see her and she know that. But i dont have gutts to talk with her. Some time she also see me. But after she left my building the things changed. Thanks so much..so glad you liked it. Relationships can be tricky because there is so much emotional charge around them. It is easy to get off track, and you are right, going back to information that reminds us of these truths and helps us refocus is one of the best things we can do. The reinforcement is necessary to help us reprogram because essentially that is what we need to do. For me, there are two things. First, is getting into that space of trust and knowing by looking back on past manifestations. We have a tendency to put more trust in the negative ones and then dismiss the positive ones…which is one of our weird quirks. And I do my best to step back from anything that isn’t making me feel good and just go do something else, like read a book or take a walk.
I was led back to ‘The Secret’ from an interview I read. Having read it before it made more sense this time about how to really believe and be grateful. I received a surprise check the following day which helped me to begin a project and have seen another financial boost since. The law of attraction and the positive feelings you convey ‘attract’ opportunities and help make smarter decisions. I finally believe and am making it a habit. Hi Elizabeth, I’ve read your book (loved it!) and the “rules” for those of us who want to manifest an ex, seem a little more demanding and complex… What if your ex wants nothing to do with you, or appears not to want to? What if they are telling everyone they are moving on and happier without you and are going toward greener pastures and they are open to meeting someone new? Secondly, how does one visualize happiness when still hurting, and how does one visualize good things and “let it go” when the memory of the breakup is still recent and fresh. Any tips on how to switch off emotional pain and memories, and just concentrate on the good? I just feel that manifesting an ex back is a great deal more challenging (and yes it is him I really want) because of the history there which simply can’t be erased or forgotten….

Now if a little voice tells you that you won’t get what you want to get by imposing the LOA principles to it, it doesn’t mean you have bad thoughts, it might just be you subconscious who knows what is written in your destiny and knows this is not something for you to get. There again: read Florence’s book, there are good examples as how to deal with this. Like lets say you want to meet a girl. With the LOA you’d start shaping her: I want her to be blond, tall thin, nice College graduate etc… And your little voice would tell you: “this is never going to happen”. Well it might be true it will never happen. But if like Florence you’d say: “I want to me the perfect girl, the one which is mine by divine selection”. Well there you might attract her and not have that little conflicting voice show up. Because you are not imposing your will but just calling on what is in store for you.
That night, I laid on the cold hardwood floor in our living room, my hair matted to the side of my head with tears that had finally run dry from my own dehydration. The only thought that floated in my semi-conscious brain was, “How the hell can I do this?” I’d tried so hard to think of a plan, anything, but nothing came, except that question over and over again. It seemed completely impossible. Yet somehow in that moment survival mode also kicked in, and with it came even more questions. Of course we’d have to move right away, but where? I didn’t have family who could take us in. And we’d need to sell everything we owned, but how? And I’d need a job, but doing what? And how could I afford to work when daycare would take up most of my salary?
Be sure to include in this group only positive, trustworthy people with whom you can share this journey, and who can hold your vision with you. And, be sure to exclude any friends or family members who are skeptical, negative, sarcastic and who can actually bring you down. That’s the last thing you need! Affirm your belief in your soulmate. While you’ve already worked hard to combat limiting beliefs and create a clear image of the person you want to be with, you make it easier for the Universe to send that person your way if you constantly stay connected to your belief that they exist. Try daily affirmations (written or spoken) like “I am looking for love, and my soulmate is on their way to me”. Plus, “Nothing will stop me from receiving the love of my soulmate.”
