first of all I love your book and have read it twice. I used your method to attract someone back after he had gone and it worked. As it is a long distanced relationship we didn’t see each other often so things had fallen apart, and we broke up recently again. I want to attract him back using LOA again. This time is a bit difficult for me as it’s the second time manifesting the same person, and now I get a bit confused: as I have to ‘let go’, do I still have to visualise every day? In the “letting go” period, should I think about him, or just making myself happy? I am training myself to visualise better but I find sometimes the feeling of love is strong but sometimes not at all (probably because the long distanced has dragged us down and it is the second time manifesting the same person). Will making myself happy work in order to manifest in this situation? I do believe Universe is making it happen for me but I would like to know if I have to feel ‘in love’ when I think of him. Thank you.

“There was someone who I liked. Well, it was more than ‘liked’. Imagine that scene where your ideal world and this world overlap – that park for example. Imagine that you’re there, but in the ideal world – you know everything that is in that park, every bench, every path, every tree, but you also know that everything else is just as you want it to be, although you don’t see it. You can tell if your affirmation is positive or negative by the way it makes you feel. If it makes you feel great, it is positive. If it makes you feel bad, it is negative. It's that simple. True love is all about being caring about each others needs and desires. Love is affectionate, virtuous, passionate and sweet. But, no matter how you define love, if your relationship lacks support and care, it’s not love. Love is about being with each other during all phases of life – good or bad. Caring is the first and most common trait of being in “Love”.
If you know yourself and are honest with yourself and appreciate yourself as much as you appreciate others and the universe you don’t need to be en guarde for ego violations all the time and point them out. :) People who DO have unhealthy ego problems wont hear you and those who have poor self esteem will put themselves down more. (wonder where they got that low self esteem to start….seems to be a lot of people around with it.)
You’re also competing with other people’s intentions – both good and bad. So, be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with someone else’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly. The Law of Attraction does not give you full and total control of your life, it simply states that like will attract like. You can use this to your advantage by being intentional with your desires, but this isn’t magic.
Specifically, you attract love with people who are aligned with your vibrational state. So if you are down on yourself or lack confidence, you often find love only with people who treat you poorly and fail to recognize your worth. Therefore, looking for love with real intention requires you to form a deeper, more profound and accepting connection with yourself.
