This brings us to something you need to completly avoid. If you have ever thought or said “I would be happier if I could find my other-half” you are noticing what you don’t have and guess how the law of attraction will respond? With more of the same! Remember that any thoughts of negation can only bring more of that same situation into your life. This is no different when applying the law of attraction to love and relationships.
Hi, I have been seeing a guy for 5 years. I am in love with him but we dont talk about feelings. He cheated on me a year 1 of our relationship for 6 months. He has his own place as I have kids from another relatioship. when i found out i was heart broken as I did not expect this but I took him back. I feel anxious when im not with him as I feel he is going to cheat . I am using loa to be positive and have gratitude with the good things we do. He does not want to commit as he is thinking babout his life and moving forward and im not part of his plans. I feel the fear and cant let go as when we r together its great, How else can i make this work
You need to be clear about what you truly want in a relationship, there are lots of questions to be asked here, and the crucial thing is that you be honest with yourself. Is it a life-long relationship? Is it a traditional “get married”, raise a family relationship? Is it a committed relationship living apart? You must decide what you truly want; sending the universe mixed messages via your thoughts will only lead to people who want different types of relationships coming into your life.
For one of a million reasons, we feel like we can’t be ourselves. We long to be. We just want to move through the world as we truly are, without the masks. This is especially true when it comes to relationships. If you asked someone to make a list of what he wanted in a partner, I imagine ‘loving me for who I am’ would near the top of anyone’s list, or at least anyone who wants a real, authentic relationship.
Imagine listening to an orchestra whose musical instruments aren’t in harmony with each other. There would be a lot of sound coming from the instruments, but it probably wouldn’t sound very good. What I want you to understand is that you have to create an internal symphony between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind – between your vision, goals, beliefs and your habits.
In the past I had a relationship, it was messy and unorganized. All I would do is worry Id lose her. That was my biggest fear. And I thought about it almost everyday. And one day I did. It was hard, but I learned from my mistake. I lost her so I could find someone better. Someone who fits perfectly to my soul. Someone who I feel so at home and comfortable with. And instead of worrying about me losing her, im celebrating with joy, and im excited to grow in life with her and get old.
Long before the well known Oprah-appraised movie/book The Secret came out… a book by Napoleon Hill titled Think and Grow Rich uncovered the mystical and coveted concept of the Law of Attraction. I remember reading this book when I was a teenager as it proclaimed I could quite literally create the life of my dreams. This concept was very sexy to me and profoundly shaped my ideas about what was possible as I was launched into adulthood.
This step is important because those competing signals can be quite strong. Weaken the signal or change the direction of those thoughts like this: Approach those feelings with the love and compassion that you would feel towards a lonely, small child or a hurt animal. When you love yourself, you open up the possibility to receive your greatest desires, and you begin to only desire the things that are best for you.
For law of attraction to work, it is important for you to have a clear sense of your feelings. Often infatuation and short-term physical attraction are confused for love. Having opposite feelings to what you desire can impact the law of attraction. Here are some ways to understand whether you want to be romantically involved with your partner or it’s just another attraction.
One place where Abe and I agree is that there is a dual nature to everything. Everything. Abraham says, "In everything there is that which is wanted and that which is unwanted." So when you manifest something that you want, it is necessarily going to bring with it something that you do not want. Think about that for a moment. Abraham calls this unwanted aspect "a whole new platform from which to desire." I call it inviting unknown conse ...more
How great would it be if you could call in your soul mate, the perfect person to spend the rest of your life with? Or become wildly successful and financially abundant? What if you could create anything you want and live a purpose-based life of happiness, joy, and total fulfillment? Learning how to manifest what your heart truly desires is something you’d love to master, right? The 2006 documentary The Secret inspired many to start thinking in new ways; did you hope that you, too, could manifest your dreams?
“Over the last fifteen years, I’d read so many books about relationships; how to find my ‘soulmate’ or ‘the one’- and many other books like these. I even spent several thousand pounds on a few courses which advertised that they were going to tell me how to get my partner. But nothing worked, and with every new course I felt even worse and more defeated. When I discovered The Law of Attraction Centre, you made me realise that nothing would change until I changed. Although this sounds obvious, the way you said it meant I ‘got it’ on a deep level- and I signed up that day to your coaching. My initial thought was doubt: “How is this going to be different when nothing else has worked?”- and you seemingly read my mind (or maybe you’ve seen this time and time again), when you told me to follow the process and I would discover answers myself. I read the Success Stories archive over and over whenever I was feeling doubtful (which I was, I have to admit, many times in the early days)- and continued with my practice. Fast forward several months: My love life shifted in a way that was so dramatic it just had to be your work- I became ‘popular’ rather than totally invisible- that’s the best way I can describe it- and although I’m not sure if my boyfriend is ‘the one’ – the fact that I’m enjoying a real, fulfilling relationship for the first time in my life is a miracle in itself. Actually, the idea I’m not so desperate to force him to be ‘the one’ is probably a sign at how much I’ve changed: It was my neediness and desperation that was ruining my life more than anything else- which the ‘love search’ courses and books were just making even worse. I’m so grateful I found you and I’m now excited, rather than worried, at what the future will bring.”
Living “as if” can be a powerful way to help yourself to manifest love. What this means is that you should try to live every day not as though you’re looking for love but as though you’ve already found it! Embrace self-love and dress as you would if you were spending time with your partner. Try to make space for them in your home. See yourself as a person with a loving soulmate and a bright future, and make plans accordingly.
