Hello Kelli! I just came across your blog and it’s perfect timing! I’ve set my intention of meeting my soul mate recently, tried to work on limiting beliefs and all that. Yesterday, I joined some meet-up and met some good people. But I was so disappointed about the fact that the guy who I was a bit attracted to didn’t seem interested in me and ask me out. Even though he was not the exact type that I wanted but I started thinking like ‘maybe I’m not attractive enough..’ The very next day, I came across your blog and I’m very grateful for that.
My parents call me and say I can have their PT Cruiser, but I have to fly to Arizona from Pennsylvania and drive it back. I would have to close my business, and it’s just too much expense for a car that’s worth only around $1200. I tell them I want to think about it. Several days later they say they’re shipping the car to me. So I got a car for free.
When you do find yourself meeting with someone, don’t pin all your hopes on this person being the ‘one.’ You really don’t even know him yet, and you have no idea if this person is really compatible with you, or is the type of person you would want to be with over the long-term. Sure, you can be excited, and look forward to it, but release any expectation around how things will play out. Work on getting yourself into a state of ‘surrender’ where you just accept what happens as it happens, knowing all the while, what you want is coming, even if you have no idea how that looks right now.
“I wasn’t able to get myself into a place to find love until I attended your workshop; and then I realised I had been trying too hard – but recently I met someone and although it’s new, it feels different to any relationship I’ve experienced before. I can totally put it down to the moment I stopped searching and needing someone; I started fully participating in my life instead of longing for it to be better. I had fun with the Focusing Process and I really ‘got’ Meditation and deep breathing, finally. It wasn’t instant – but trying out the different techniques and finding a way that worked for me was how it happened. I’ve known about the Law of Attraction for about two years and there were times when I wasn’t sure if it was working or if I was doing something wrong – but now I know that although it can take some time, it absolutely works. Thank you for the support when I needed it most.”

First, lots of people mistakenly focus just on their thoughts, all the while feeling like crap, and then get disappointed when they don’t seem to be making any progress. While thoughts are certainly an important part of the equation, we attract based on what we feel, and if we don’t feel good, all the affirmations and happy thoughts in the world won’t do jack unless we manage to build some momentum on the level of emotion.
5. See the positive. Focus on the good things about the specific person you want the Law of Attraction to bring you. Look for something to appreciate. This can be tough if there are negative feelings between the two of you, and you might only be able to find one thing in the beginning, but if you keep working at it, it will get easier. If you’re in a relationship with the person already, you should start to see his/her behavior change and things start improving between the two of you.
Intimacy means knowing each other and sharing most coveted parts of your lives. The self-revealing behavior, when reciprocated well, forms an emotional bond which is hard to break. With continues sharing, this bond tends to strengthen over time and bring the partners much closer. Friendship is the first step to intimacy, so before you decide to get into love, make sure you both share good friendship.

There is no real risk to chasing your dreams. As far as I can tell, it’s a lot of fun and a thrilling journey. My experience with countless clients over many, many years, is that all the risk…all the frustration…and all the disappointment, is born from not chasing dreams. (But please remember, there is a way to chase dreams successfully which is like chasing butterflies. Put yourself in the right energy field, and become a magnet for those butterflies. The more direct method of butterfly catching is so much harder).

Hi. I was in a relationship with a guy for awhile but we split in 2008. Since then he has had a girlfriend and I think they still live together. I have dated since then but have been unsuccessful in finding that combustible chemistry that I had with him, with someone else. We would always reconnect on and off throughout the entire time we were broken up until last year. We both sort of faded and haven’t been in touch for about a year and 6 months now. We may not be meant to be together but I miss the initial friendship we had prior to us being in a relationship; we were so close and complimented each other well. I have let go, forgiven and accepted what was and what is but recently felt intense energy wanting him back in my life and it’s never been this intense since the first couple of months following the breakup. I have been single ever since, but have gone on plenty dates as I am never lacking suitors. I am no longer in love with him but I do still love him and miss his presence, chemistry, companionship and energy. I have accomplished many goals that I’ve set but there’s this void that has yet to be satisfied, which I’m afraid can only be fulfilled by him or someone/something similar. I’ve read that letting go will attract, which I have done but he hasn’t completely come back. I never pressure, I play it cool and may even come off passive. When we reconnect, I hide my hurt and heart and don’t mention getting back together because I feel we’re not at the point yet. I was his first girlfriend and he was my first boyfriend as well. I’ve given it space, time and room to breath as I trust in divine intervention as well as universal laws. I’ve thought happy and positive thoughts, I’ve even tried to create visuals in my mind but nada. What could be going on? I miss him a lot.
If you are really struggling with relationships, there is something happening deep inside that is creating the outcomes you keep experiencing. You are getting something you want, you are protecting yourself from something you fear. You have some sort of image of yourself that deems you unworthy of love. Again, this may not vibe with your conscious mind, that is in a constant state of wanting happiness and good things. You are not cursed. You are not some horrible person that only deserves douches. You have the power to change this, if you are willing to do the inner work and take responsibility. And by responsibility, I don’t mean blame. Two very different energies there. One empowers us, and the other keeps us feeling terrible.

So, what changes can you make in your life right now that would make you feel better about your financial situation? Is your lack of a savings account gnawing at you? What could you do to start padding it a bit more? Are you using your credit cards a bit too liberally, when you should really be using cash? Do you have any expenses now that you can eliminate or reduce? Is it high time for a budget? Could you start cooking at home more rather than eating out five nights a week?
Researchers at Harvard Medical School have discovered meditation literally alters the structure of the brain, thickening the regions associated with attention and sensory processing. Other research into meditation and biofeedback techniques has demonstrated increases in the subjects’ ability to remain focused on specific tasks, reductions in reaction time, and improvements in psychomotor response.

am in a Love relation with a girl who is 8 years elder to me both of us from different culture and place, we love each other from what we are from heart and we were able to help and understand each other deeply, but now she is trying to come out wishing me that I will get someone of my age and she is also trying to find someone as her life partner believing that the society will not accept our relation, what can I do so that I can be with the girl I love and care for my life.
After I got married ,I got a chance to participate in few events without any professional help and only the knowledge ingrained in my subconscious I landed up in top ten in first two events .in the third event I was sure of wining the crown but lost it.when my supporters expressed their regret,I told them something bigger is waiting for me and I am being prepared for that.
Specifically, you attract love with people who are aligned with your vibrational state. So if you are down on yourself or lack confidence, you often find love only with people who treat you poorly and fail to recognize your worth. Therefore, looking for love with real intention requires you to form a deeper, more profound and accepting connection with yourself.
