Ive listened to this for about 3 weeks. There are occasionally issues I need to work through and acknowledge but its more than worth it. Basically love overflows into all that I am and experience, one doesn't need power or control or anything really because love encompasses all things. The heart center is naturally awakened and it just feels good. I am not sure I'm ready for "the one", but I am ready to love all people unconditionally. This makes it happen.
What is Love and what is the law of attraction and love? Is attraction the first step to fall in love? Look around and you will find many people asking the same question. The feelings if love is a part of everyone’s life, whether one choose to fall for it or not. It’s one feeling that affects everyone not once, but many times in life. Those who find love are often seen celebrating it, while there are some who accidentally fall in one-sided love.
Meditation, even on its most basic level, allows the mind to quiet which allows your natural frequency to rise as your mind is taken off of anything that may have been bothering you. Relaxation techniques used for meditation calm both your mind and your body, allowing you to feel more well-being, and when you’re set up for manifesting from a place of general pleasure and piece of mind, the results of that manifestation simply can’t turn bad.
Step 1: Essentially, you need to make the decision that you really want to attract this life partner. Then, truly commit to the idea of spending the rest of your life with this person. Making this commitment may involve processing old wounds (e.g. via journaling or therapy). Hopefully, the past can be left behind and you can opt to embrace hope instead of fear.
