It’s important to keep in mind through all this to spend your days focusing on things that feel good and make you happy. When you are happy and feeling good you are open to receive these inspirations. Complain less and appreciate more. Focus on everything that is going right. Meditate. With these things you will go through life continually manifesting the things you want.


I had a choice – to do the easy option, hide from my fear of the unknown and stay in the situation where I would be avoiding what I really wanted, or make a change and take a risk to achieve what I wanted! I sat down and mapped out exactly what I wanted. I looked at a map of the world and looked at where made my heart happy at the thought of living there. Turns out it was Australia! The rest of my list included: close friends, a fabulous apartment in the city, a good job, money, excitement and adventure, city life, warmth, sunshine, travel and a wonderful boyfriend.

While I have managed to manifest a lot of my visualised scenarios with a particular person , I find that at times the situation regresses and he goes into a silent zone or just starts ignoring me altogether. It is hurtful and confusing all these mixed messages and I dont know how to read him. I read somewhere that it is my own fear that could be causing this and while I try to detach myself , it is hard. Should I be changing anything in my visualisations? Sometimes when I do my visualisations , I can feel the fear in my core, How do I release this?

This means that you may have to wait, while the Universe engineers the perfect and ideal timing for the two of you to come together, and learn to be patient while you deepen your faith, and your ability to give and receive love. If you and your soulmate have not met yet it is very likely that one of you have unfinished business or might be completing a relationship cycle with another person.
After meditating daily, for 2–4 weeks, and you are operating on a higher frequency you will notice that a thought or ideas suddenly come to you, during or after meditation. You will realize this is not just a random thought. It will feel different, like an impulse, you will have a desire to take action on it. It can be anything, even something completely random, like going to the grocery store to pick something up, or to call a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while. Whatever the inspired idea is, follow through with it because what it is is a stepping stone. It brings what you want to manifest a step closer to you. Things manifest in stages, not all at once. It may seem like something just comes to you out of the blue, but it doesn’t. It’s one thing that leads to another that will lead to another thing and that inevitably brings what you want to you. Don’t try to make it happen, just chill out, get out of your own way, and allow it to happen. The Universe will take care of the details, you just have to be ready.
Now, because we attract based on feeling, and not action, you wouldn’t actually have to do any of these things to start attracting more money, but most of us aren’t able to make such a giant leap in the face of financial issues. The limiting beliefs around money are just too strong, and will need to be worked on; you won’t be able to shift perspective immediately. Don’t worry, by making budgets and what have you, you are not sending a message to the good old universe that you don’t think you can get more money—these things will make you feel better, and the better you feel, the more easily money can come to you.
