Then something strange happened. Someone at work who I thought was a really good person confided in me about a problem he had – and he had done exactly what my partner had done and was suffering because of it. I know this isn’t easy. I know how hard it is. It’s why, when working with the Law of Attraction, it’s often best to say, “I want X or something better” or “I want a relationship with my boyfriend or someone better.” Because what if you could have someone better? What if you could be with someone who didn’t want to spend a day without you, let alone not be able to meet you every few days?
You’ve got to put a roadblock on the sled path. Stop telling the OLD story and start telling the NEW story! The NEW story of how you want it to be. The story of what it’s like to be in the most magical, loving relationship with your Soulmate. Starting now. You’re going to start catching yourself when you’re chatting with friends and the OLD story starts to creep out.  Notice it. Then shift to the NEW story.
You can use a specific date if you want. I usually caution people not to use specific dates because it causes a problem for most people. They become fixated on the date and, as the date approaches, they begin to start blocking themselves from receiving what they want. They begin wondering if it’ll show up, wondering what it hasn’t shown up, etc. Their desire really could be on its way to manifesting by the date, but they don’t see it and end up creating a lot of fear and resistance that prevents the desire from manifesting.

Fortunately, advances in technology and science allow us to visibly and immediately experience the effects of our thoughts. When we are really longing for a relationship, it is easy to let standards and boundaries go out the window. If you are looking for a guy, you may be willing to give anyone that floats into your orbit a chance.  Now, I am not saying not to be open to different people, because I think that is a good idea. Sometimes we can get too specific with the type of person we want to meet, and close off potential matches. Sometimes, what we think we want in a person is really something different, or not as important as we deem it now.
You’re also competing with other people’s intentions – both good and bad. So, be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with someone else’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly. The Law of Attraction does not give you full and total control of your life, it simply states that like will attract like. You can use this to your advantage by being intentional with your desires, but this isn’t magic.

3) Follow your heart.  If there’s something you feel inspired to do, do it. If there’s something you don’t want to do, don’t do it.  You don’t have to kiss 100 frogs; you don’t have to go out to meet people, go on online dating sites, or do anything that does not feel right.   If you are the kind of person who likes to stay at home, your soulmate could literally have a crash on your yard! It’s happened before.  Only do what you want to do and feels right!
Nice article, but i have some questions. I like one girl, she is so pretty, she is in my office but in other building. I only see her when office is closed and employees go there home. She was some days ago in my building working but her department shift to other building and she is here that time i just see her and she know that. But i dont have gutts to talk with her. Some time she also see me. But after she left my building the things changed. I used to do a lot of work helping people to stop smoking. There are only 2 reasons people don’t stop smoking. One, because they don’t want to (often this is subconscious) Two, because they don’t believe it’s possible. Or they assume it will be incredibly difficult and painful, and they can’t do it without suffering forever. (Again, this is often subconscious and it is a flawed assumption).
Pretend that you have more than enough money. When you go shopping, look at the things that you want and tell yourself that you can afford them. Keep a large bill in your wallet… $20… $50… $100… and whenever you go out, spend it with your imagination. Notice all the things you can buy with that bill. You will instantly feel better about money, and as you feel better, you will attract more money to you.
The easiest way to become a vibrational match is to focus on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day. You can also practice feeling the emotions you would be experiencing if you already had what you wanted. You can also create these emotions through the thoughts that you think. In fact, your thoughts are creating feelings all the time, so it’s important to catch yourself when your emotions turn negative and turn them to positive emotions.
“I was looking for a way to forgive an ex-partner of mine, and had been trying for over a year. I heard your suggestion of just handing it all over to the Universe and to Life – and asking to see the situation from another perspective, but it seemed far too simplistic to work. I own this and Ask and It Is Given. I have to say these books have changed my life and am already rereading them. I like the kindle versions because I can add bookmarks, which are nearly every page. I always thought I had a good attitude in life but felt that I was not breaking past a certain point. These books helped me realize that I was not allowing the things I wanted to manifest. As soon as I changed this pattern of thought, it was like flipping the light switch on. This book is not only about money, I feel the title is a marketing ploy, the middle section is about health and the end is about career. I just got through cancer and was told by some friends that I had somehow brought it on myself. I've never felt good about believing that people can invite illness, tragedy, even death. After reading sections of this book, I can see the point of view, I'm not totally convinced but I'm more open to understanding. In general, these books do offer a perspective that is wise and grounded in common sense. That's why I like them. They're not asking you to believe or have faith in things that quite honestly don't make sense. All I know is I feel good and great things are happening in my life.
The first time I did this a few weeks prior I had a very different routine than the second time. My first attempt included several manifesting tools and resulted in a near-miss of $70,000 on day seven. (Way to overdeliver, Universe!) But when it didn’t come to fruition by day ten, I got irritated and dropped it. That $70k check is still on its way, but it doesn’t count for the ten-day limit on this project.

There is no real risk to chasing your dreams. As far as I can tell, it’s a lot of fun and a thrilling journey. My experience with countless clients over many, many years, is that all the risk…all the frustration…and all the disappointment, is born from not chasing dreams. (But please remember, there is a way to chase dreams successfully which is like chasing butterflies. Put yourself in the right energy field, and become a magnet for those butterflies. The more direct method of butterfly catching is so much harder).
But again, theory, and real world application, are quite different, because of that good old resistance. Just wanting a great relationship isn't enough if you have a lot of blocks around allowing one in. You have to believe you can truly have one. When you think about meeting that perfect person for you, and it doesn't feel good, you have to examine that.
Consciously shifting your thoughts is definitely the easier path, but when we first start working with LOA, this can be hard to do because our current belief system of having to take action, hustle and MAKE things happen, is still quite strong and we just can’t buy into this fully even if it resonates with us, and we know there is some truth to this method of bringing what we want into our life. Visualizing is a good tool for uncovering resistance, which is essentially all the reasons we tell ourselves we can’t have what we want, and getting into a good feeling space. One of the most important things is not to worry about getting super-specific. Don’t worry about figuring our what this person looks like, exactly what he is like, just try to get into the feelings. Trying to get too specific with the type of person can trigger a lot of resistance, and may even actually clog up the channels of receiving because you may get too attached to this person having to be a very specific way.
At the office, I wasn’t feeling like I was paid enough so I started focusing on a new executive position at another company. I wasn’t qualified enough, but I kept on reading about the job and picturing myself working at that company. I printed out their logo and taped it to my wall. Guess who got the job even though I wasn’t as qualified as the interviewees? That’s correct, I did.

We all long for that connection with someone else. It is natural to want it. It is okay to want it. The absence of it in our life creates a very strong emotional reaction. We notice the lack of a relationship constantly. There is a huge vibration of lack. What we are ‘vibrating’ now will determine what we attract into our experience now, so we need to clean things up here a bit.

The degree of your self-acceptance will dictate the quality of your relationship. If you try to manifest a relationship when you're full of desperation and you have low self-esteem, you may indeed succeed, but the relationship will almost certainly be sub-par. You might drive your partner away, unconsciously cause drama in your relationship, or--more likely--attract a partner who is not good for you.
Throw emotion and energy into everything you do. Even negative emotions can be transmuted into positive. Did you ever see someone red in the face with anger suddenly see the humor in a situation and burst into laughter? It can be one of the most beautiful things to witness. Do everything you do with emotion and the universe will love you for it. The law of attraction brings a tidal wave of energy that flows through emotion.

I’m glad my book on using the Law of Attraction for love of a specific person worked for you! You should follow the same steps you followed the first time. It’s okay if you think about him, but you should focus on making yourself happy. Instead of thinking of the feeling of “feeling in love”, think of the emotion of “feeling loved.” That’s what you’re ultimately looking for in your relationship.
As for manifestations that involve another person, you probably don’t want to put too much focus on that because we can’t create in another person’s reality. No matter what we do with our energy, it can’t ‘translate’ to someone else and make them do anything. Now, this isn’t to say that you can’t ever get back together with this person, as that may possibly be the best representation of the energy and feelings that you are trying to attract into your life–remember that no matter what we want, we are always after a feeling. What also happens sometimes is when we make changes in our own energy, we line up with different ‘versions’ of people, even if they have fundamentally stayed the same, and this can make it easier to get along with them,etc…
I know the LOA says when you want to manifest a specific person you have to be willing to lose them – you have to let go and be ok with not being with them in order to manifest the relationship you want. It also says that you should visualize the relationship you want with this person as if you already have it. How can one do both? How can I imagine being in a relationship with this person but let them go and be ok with not the being with them at the same time?

The first thing I would say about your situation is to carefully examine whether you are just trying to ignore negative feelings and think ‘happy thoughts’ or you are actually thinking and focusing in a way that makes you FEEL better. The feeling is where we attract, not in casting aside negative thoughts, only to have that energy remain and grow.
Math says that 1 + 2 = 2. If you talk with one person who loves math and another who hates math, they’ll each have a different perception of math. One person believes math is intriguing and fun, while the other may have a belief that math is terribly frustrating. So, how you perceive and interpret your reality will also have an effect on what you are attracting in your life.

Your English could easily pass for an English speaker. I also love writing and started to blog, but realized I didn’t have a theme that would produce thoughts to the world. It’s fine, as being on the computer is already quite time consuming. Or in the lingua of the above topic, I guess it’s not my all consuming wish :) In any case, I felt as you did – that all that attraction stuff does lead to hard work, and even then, no guarantees. I don’t care for any system that has built into it a “failure” clause, because you didn’t do this or that. Being positive, having dreams, working hard,all good stuff, but again, life isn’t ours always to control.
Another issue that really causes resistance in the realm of relationships is finding love is so incredibly important to us. We are really attached to this manifestation; we are terrified of being alone, and it never happening. It is hard to just sit back and relax, knowing the Universe has got this. We are constantly noticing our single status, and lamenting it.
Abundance Checks. Every month, take a blank check and fill in your name, the amount, and all the other details. Sign it “The Universe,” “God,” “Source,” or any cosmic entity you prefer. Even “Your Fairy Godmother” works. Look at the check every day when you wake up and when you go to bed. Feel that you already have that money now. Imagine spending it. Really immerse yourself in how wonderful it is. Know that the money is already yours.

You can’t attract someone who loves you for who you are, if you are not really BEING who you are. Not being yourself because you think there is something wrong with you will also lead you to attracting people who mirror these feelings back to you, which to those unaware of how law of attraction operates, will falsely take these experiences and encounters as ‘proof’ they are right in feeling that way about themselves.
Intimacy means knowing each other and sharing most coveted parts of your lives. The self-revealing behavior, when reciprocated well, forms an emotional bond which is hard to break. With continues sharing, this bond tends to strengthen over time and bring the partners much closer. Friendship is the first step to intimacy, so before you decide to get into love, make sure you both share good friendship.
1) The Soulmate List. The first list is a list of ‘Green Light’ qualities and attributes that you’d like your soulmate to have.  In other words, this is what you want to “get” in a Soulmate.   In this list, you’ll describe all of the physical and non-physical characteristics you envision your soulmate to have. Here you want to include things that will begin to describe the kind of man or woman who would really make your heart sing.

Your thoughts and actions create a result. Everything you think, say, and do will have an effect. Every action generates a force of energy that returns to it in kind and that energy continues to flow back and forth. If you don’t have a clear understanding that this is how things are, then the Law of Attraction makes your reality seem like the world is bleak because you don’t understand how you are attracting the very thing you wish to get away from. You just do your best to keep thinking happy thoughts in the hopes that something good will eventually occur.

You might also try picturing significant moments in your life. For example, visualize events like sharing a bed for the first time, getting married or having children.
