One of the best ways to invite love into your life is by sending out a Soulmate Call. A Soulmate Call is a powerful process that you can use to establish a soul-to-soul connection with your soulmate before you even meet. Both my Manifest Soulmate Love audio program and The Path to Soulmate Love course contain a guided meditation where I take you through this experience.
When you’re ready, use meditative technique of your choice to calm the thoughts in your mind – focus on your breathing or on a single object in front of you. If your thoughts wonder off, let them, don’t be disturbed about it, just notice that you were distracted (it’s normal) and gently bring back your attention to the object of meditation. When you sense that you’re fully relaxed and that your mind isn’t wondering anymore, you can go to the next stage.
You stop all other thoughts. When you meditate and you give your attention to that singular thing you stop all other thoughts. In the simple, deliberate act of focusing on one sound, you give pause to all the other stuff in your head. (You may lose focus at times and begin to have thoughts about this and that, and that’s OK. When this happens just gently shift your attention back to the sound).
Emily has a competitive side, so I played to that by challenging her to find more coins than me, which boosted her motivation and desire to get good at it. She knows that technically it’s a fair game, and she even gave herself an advantage by walking in front of me, so she could be the first to spot new coins. And since she’s only 4’9″ inches tall, she’s a lot closer to the ground than I am.
True love is all about being caring about each others needs and desires. Love is affectionate, virtuous, passionate and sweet. But, no matter how you define love, if your relationship lacks support and care, it’s not love. Love is about being with each other during all phases of life – good or bad. Caring is the first and most common trait of being in “Love”.
Instead, Louise says you can transform your life by staying positive. "You have to start saying things that you feel really good about yourself. 'I love who I am. I love life. Life loves me. It's going to be smooth and easy. Life works for me.' And you just start doing that—it's planting seeds. You're not going to get it the first day, but you plant a seed and you water it and you continue the affirmations, and things start to shift and change in your life."
This was by far the best book that I've ever read on manifestation and I have been an advocate for and a student of the secret since maybe I was 13. literally every single word hit the core of my being I think a lot of it has to do with Elizabeth riding but I also think that my vibrational frequency Aligned so well what I needed to hear. I think it's great because not only does she talk about the fantasticness of you know attracting your other one but also learning how to forgive yourself and that other POS you know what I mean by piece of shiitake mushrooms that either you broke up with because they were cheating or they broke up with you because they didn't know your value... let me tell you something you're the most valuable person on this planet and also if everyone had the mentality that they are the best person I've ever met just imagine how amazing this planet would be. All of those innate inklings that you think and you read about on Tony Robbins or whatever she is outlined in this book flat-out literally line after line. Elizabeth i inspire also to be an author and if I can be like you to just one person like me one day then I'll know that my hard work and time paid off. When I volunteer with kids I don't care if I affect a thousand as long as I just have one that truly knows that I love them unconditionally and Elizabeth I was that broken child and you mended me up with some freaking Gorilla Glue you're amazing thanks again. Apologies about the typos I did voice to text because I wanted to get all that

Step 1: Essentially, you need to make the decision that you really want to attract this life partner. Then, truly commit to the idea of spending the rest of your life with this person. Making this commitment may involve processing old wounds (e.g. via journaling or therapy). Hopefully, the past can be left behind and you can opt to embrace hope instead of fear.
