The degree of your self-acceptance will dictate the quality of your relationship. If you try to manifest a relationship when you're full of desperation and you have low self-esteem, you may indeed succeed, but the relationship will almost certainly be sub-par. You might drive your partner away, unconsciously cause drama in your relationship, or--more likely--attract a partner who is not good for you.
6) Use this time to grow in your ability to be more patient, more loving, more giving, more forgiving and more gentle and kind to yourself. Get your ducks in a row, explore new hobbies and interests and keep on growing your current friendships. Continue to work on all your mental and emotional blocks to love and, most importantly, continue to have faith that he or she is out there and that you can’t miss each other.

These days I’m spending more time using the LoA to manifest cool social connections and travel experiences. I’ve tuned my vibe to focus on that part of the perceptual frequency. I also feel more excited and playful about manifesting in these other areas as opposed to adding to my financial score.

The first thing to do when you feel that there is room for more love in your life is to fill your thoughts and actions with nothing but absolute love. By flooding your mind with feelings of positivity and love for yourself and those around you, your ability to love and be loved back can shine through to others. I used to do a lot of work helping people to stop smoking. There are only 2 reasons people don’t stop smoking. One, because they don’t want to (often this is subconscious) Two, because they don’t believe it’s possible. Or they assume it will be incredibly difficult and painful, and they can’t do it without suffering forever. (Again, this is often subconscious and it is a flawed assumption).
When you meditate, that is your time it just sit in a quiet space and allow yourself to just chill and just be. It is not a time to think or to focus on what you want, but is instead the time you want to quiet your mind. You want to take just 10–15 minutes to sit in a quiet space and to just focus on one specific thing, for as long as you can during that time. It could be a mantra you repeat in your head, or a sound, like a ticking clock, or the sound of a fan. Something that is constant and repetitive, and easy to focus on. Because, when you stop thought and just focus on the one thing a few things begin to happen.
Sometimes this can be the hardest part of the Law of Attraction to grasp because when there's a person we love or are attracted to, he/she is all we can think about. We think the solution is in using the Law of Attraction to get the person to love us or notice us. But the Law of Attraction is about you – your thoughts, your feelings, and your vibration.
