In January of the year she set out to go to Venice, someone she had met earlier and heard of her request, offered to give her a ticket to Venice with no strings attached. Then after learning the hotel she wanted was booked for a conference, she believed the universe would deliver and called back two weeks later to find a room available. Turns out, it was the room where the exact picture on her vision board was taken.
“This last year has been the best year of my life in terms of relationships. I have dated several people who are the kind of types that I never used to even meet (or if I did, they were not attracted to me). Part of me is now thinking ‘where is my serious, soul mate relationship?’ which prompted a question I was going to e-mail to Michael but soon turned into a list of appreciation. I’m focused on this moment. I know it’s obvious and we’ve read it over and over- but all we have is the now. So why not accept it and enjoy it, now?!”
Expect that the universe is more likely to give you things if you’re already grateful for what it has provided to you. Giving an asked-for birthday gift to someone and barely receiving a thank you, you’d likely avoid providing a second gift. On the other hand, you’d get excited about giving a repeat gift to someone who enthusiastically expressed their appreciation for your gift. Imagine the universe in the same way.
Hi Onique – You need to look over your thoughts, beliefs, emotions from the past to see why you created it in the past. You need to look at your current thoughts, beliefs and emotions to see why you are creating it now. There’s probably at least one thought/belief that has been repeated for 10 years and is still there. Changing your thoughts/beliefs allows your life to change.

If you’re practicing the technique on something bigger, this exercise may be tricky, but use your imagination. If you’re trying to lose weight, go out and buy an outfit that fits the size you’re aiming for. If you want a new car, go to a dealership and shop around. If you’re aiming for something as big as complete financial freedom, start planning what you’re going to do with all that free time and money.
Then you start your day-wise practice where you keep a Gratitude Journal and write 10 points of gratitude and 10 pints of appreciation for yourself. And in addition to that, you do the activity as per the day’s practice. This helps you to raise your vibration and align your emotions with your dream. You send an unlimited amount of positive signals to the Universe that works for your manifestation. Your vibration becomes stronger with positive affirmations and visualizations and ultimately when you match your vibration with your dreams, the Universe grant your wish and it materializes in the form of manifestation or reality.

Hi Shona, If you want to successfully use the Law of Attraction for love for a specific person, you need to overcome your fear. Your thoughts and emotions create, so if you continue to be afraid, you will create the things that you fear – his cheating, his not wanting to commit, etc. Sometimes the easiest way to overcome fear is to think about the worst thing that would happen if things didn’t go the way you want them. Often, that worst fear isn’t all that bad, and it’s easy to then let the fear go. Other times, it might be necessary to use tapping or EFT to get rid of the fear.
I know this can sound like a tall order. We are so conditioned to basing how we feel on outside events. It is easy to feel good when something happens that gives us a reason to—cultivating warm, fuzzies in the absence (or what we perceive to be the absence) of something to be happy about can take a bit of work. Feeling good even if things happen that you don’t like can take some practice. Living reactively will really put a damper on the attraction process, and it is a habit that needs to be addressed.

I had a choice – to do the easy option, hide from my fear of the unknown and stay in the situation where I would be avoiding what I really wanted, or make a change and take a risk to achieve what I wanted! I sat down and mapped out exactly what I wanted. I looked at a map of the world and looked at where made my heart happy at the thought of living there. Turns out it was Australia! The other side of the world. The rest of my list included: close friends, a fabulous apartment in the city, a good job, money, excitement and adventure, city life, warmth, sunshine, travel and a wonderful boyfriend.

I realized that I could choose not to worry about my mounting debt that came from using my credit cards—it certainly wasn’t going to kill me. When I started making money again, I paid it off. I realized I could choose to focus on the fact that my needs were being taken care of—even if not in the most ideal way—and not that I currently had no income.
For me, I find that since I have so much negative momentum on the subject of money itself, the best way to go about it is to find a way to feel really good, which I do through my morning manifestation routine, and then affirm that that feeling is what abundance feels like. By doing this every day, I’m training my thoughts to associate abundance with this great feeling right now, not some far off thing that ‘ll experience when I have money. Does that make sense?

Step 4 is important for two reasons. The first is that it aligns you with your desires. The entire concept behind the Law of Attraction is that like attracts like. When you take action as if you’ve already gotten what you desire, you are sending a huge, loud and clear message to the universe that you’re serious. Actions speak louder than words, right?
Hey Phil, my friend Claire sent this over after seeing me last night for the first time in months. I have been obsessively working on a project / startup to use rock climbing and adventure to help at-risk kids in the slums of Brazil. What I found is that although I love what I am doing and believe in it completely, I have been stressed out of my mind and without realizing it, I have been manifesting this stress into all aspects of my life and sometimes into the energy of my campaign. Reading your blog I was reminded of how important it is to manifest not only what you want but also how you want to feel. That energy is so important and certainly dictates how people feel around you. I have been bringing my computer to bed and stressing out over emails until I fall asleep… NOT healthy. This post really helped me reflect on practicing not only the law of attraction but the law of ‘feeling good’. Hope to bump into you around Boulder Phil.
The easiest way to become a vibrational match is to focus on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day. You can also practice feeling the emotions you would be experiencing if you already had what you wanted. You can also create these emotions through the thoughts that you think. In fact, your thoughts are creating feelings all the time, so it’s important to catch yourself when your emotions turn negative and turn them to positive emotions.
So what does that tell you? Well, when I asked myself the same question years ago before I started doing this work, what I realized was that in order for me to attract and manifest my Soulmate, I must somehow develop and grow myself into the kind of person that I myself want to be with.   In other words, if you haven’t found the right person it’s probably because you are not being the right person! As Marianne Williamson says, “We must become the person we want to attract.”
This was by far the best book that I've ever read on manifestation and I have been an advocate for and a student of the secret since maybe I was 13. literally every single word hit the core of my being I think a lot of it has to do with Elizabeth riding but I also think that my vibrational frequency Aligned so well what I needed to hear. I think it's great because not only does she talk about the fantasticness of you know attracting your other one but also learning how to forgive yourself and that other POS you know what I mean by piece of shiitake mushrooms that either you broke up with because they were cheating or they broke up with you because they didn't know your value... let me tell you something you're the most valuable person on this planet and also if everyone had the mentality that they are the best person I've ever met just imagine how amazing this planet would be. All of those innate inklings that you think and you read about on Tony Robbins or whatever she is outlined in this book flat-out literally line after line. Elizabeth i inspire also to be an author and if I can be like you to just one person like me one day then I'll know that my hard work and time paid off. When I volunteer with kids I don't care if I affect a thousand as long as I just have one that truly knows that I love them unconditionally and Elizabeth I was that broken child and you mended me up with some freaking Gorilla Glue you're amazing thanks again. Banish guilt and feelings of self-doubt from your life and your internal world forever. No negotiation. I did it, and it worked like a dream. It’s fun to think of this vibe-shifting process as shifting dimensions, as if you’re tuning in to a different perceptual frequency spectrum. That other reality was there all along. You just couldn’t see it before because you were tuned in to incompatible perceptual frequencies, frequencies that made the money invisible and undetectable by your senses. Maybe you were stuck on the red part of the spectrum, while the money was hanging out in the blue part.
The first time I did this a few weeks prior I had a very different routine than the second time. My first attempt included several manifesting tools and resulted in a near-miss of $70,000 on day seven. (Way to overdeliver, Universe!) But when it didn’t come to fruition by day ten, I got irritated and dropped it. That $70k check is still on its way, but it doesn’t count for the ten-day limit on this project.
“Me and my husband weren’t getting on at all and then I remembered something a woman said at the group who was in a similar situation. So I did a version of the Positive Aspects process: I went through the alphabet thinking of good qualities about him: A- Attractive when we went out last week, B- Bought me a beautiful birthday present, C- Committed to his family and work, D- Determined to feel good, E- Easy going and relaxed… And on I went. After a very short time my feelings of anger and criticism melted away. I began doing this process every day, in the morning before work. Initially I have to admit I wanted to do the processes to change him- but after a while I was doing it because it felt so good. Within a week or so he bought me flowers- he hasn’t done that for years. He started paying me compliments and now he’s booked a holiday for us. He also has told me how much he loves me and I, too, feel more in love with him than I have in a long time.”
In my last LOA post, I talked in more general terms about what practical steps we can take to start feeling better about our lives as they are now because this will help us tremendously in genuinely shifting our energy, and giving less attention to the limiting beliefs that may have contributed to our situation as it stands now. And, I used money as an example, so this is a bit of repeat. But, some people may not have read that post, and for those of you that did, and are working on money manifestations, it probably wouldn’t hurt to be reminded again of how helpful this can be.
